It was my daughter and my 1st time going here. Igave 4 stars for the service because the staff were super friendly and professional. The food is good but I don't think it's all that good for the price and portion size. I guess if we do end up going back it will be because we need something different again from our normal

I'm gonna give this store a 5 star for the simple fact that the manager went out of the way to reach out to tell me there was no avocado for my sandwich and wanted to make it right! Great customer service along with great food!

Please remind your staff to change their gloves after touching the register, payment screens, cash, or any other non-food-contact surfaces, and to wash or sanitize their hands before putting on a new pair of gloves. As a customer, it’s concerning to watch employees handle the register with gloved hands and then immediately prepare food without changing gloves. This creates a risk of cross contamination and can spread bacteria and other contaminants. With the recent increase in foodborne illness outbreaks, proper glove use and hand hygiene should be taken seriously. Customers shouldn’t have to point this out or request it. I hope this can be addressed through additional training and reinforced with all staff to help keep everyone safe. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The past few times I’ve been to Jimmy John’s, I always got an awkwardly silent stare from the cashier and at least one detail wrong about my order. Today, though, I was absolutely blown away! Please recognize the two gentlemen working around 5:30pm at this location today, unfortunately, I didn’t get their names. Not only was the service super friendly, but they both took the time to actually care about the details of my order to get it right AND made it incredibly fast! When my boyfriend took a bite of his sandwich, the first thing he said was “Wow! They actually cared??” We could definitely taste the difference, for sure. Thank you guys!
