  Worst sandwich I've had made for me and I used to get subway in the warzone. Looked like the person who made my food was blind. Everything was falling out and the mayo looked like it was spread on the outside of the sandwich. Didn't get any of my addons right and didn't even include napkins to clean up the mess that they sold as a sandwich. Worst experience ever nd will not be returning which sucks because it's literally one stop light away from work. Horrible management allows this to happen. I swear I saw the people inside chasing down vermin trying to kill it, might of been a big roach or a mouse but I am NEVER eating at a JJ again, literally the worst 1st impression I've ever had with a restaurant. I will be contacting the Albuquerque health services to check this place outt. I just threw my sandwich away without taking it, disgusting. I won't be following that's stupid link JJ pust up either for complaints they ignore it anyway.

  I think it's an Albuquerque thing at this point, but the service was not on point. The two guys working were nonchalant towards us when they failed to put the most basic part of the sandwich together; Turkey, on a sandwich called the turkey tom. Brought it all the way home and found no turkey on it. They didn't show any concern or regret about it when we brought it all the way back. They just made a new one without looking at the receipt or sandwich. They even asked what kind of sandwich it was. I've lived in multiple states at this point and Albuquerque has the worst service. Don't even get me started on chick fil a.

  Pretty darn good sandwiches with absolutely outstanding service. Picked up 15 sandwiches for a small event and the guys were incredibly prompt in getting them made and incredibly helpful in making sure everything was correct. Again, outstanding service.
