  I frequent often and I absolutely love Frank’s Chicken and Waffles! The staff is always so kind and welcoming, and the food is consistently amazing. These days, great customer service can be hard to find, but Frank’s truly stands out because they genuinely care about their customers. I’ll definitely continue coming back and bringing friends and family who haven’t yet had the pleasure of trying Frank’s!

  Delicious. Everything was so good. We did not leave hungry in the slightest. The grits were the best grits (and closest to southern grits) I’ve found in the state. The server gets the biggest shoutout though. I wish I remembered her name, but she was all by herself today and was killing it serving and bussing everyone.

  Just stood out in the cold wind for 45 minutes waiting for a table. And we didn't receive a text or call for our table. Then others were sat down before us who just arrived. Thank you very much 🙏

  I ate out so I cannot commit about the atmosphere inside the restaurant, but from what I saw it was cozy inside, had eating booths and the vibe was low key. They also had a small eating area outside. The food I got was comfort food at its finest! Loved the mashed potatoes with crunchy fried chicken on top, with gravy and scallions. Delish!
