  The tables are all dirty. Came in for a bagel and coffee and all the tables were dirty. Had to wipe what I could with a dry napkin. Store is not busy, so no reason to not clean tables. Floors are dirty as well, but not as bad as the tables, it's only crumbs and one tiny spill. Store smells like burnt bagels. Doesnt smell good like a bakery would. Some staff friendly, some not.

  Bald guy's a bad manager. Straight up walk out of the store if he's working, because he treats his employees like crap in front of customers, and will sabotage ingredients as a catharsis to a rush. You can also see the difference on the staff's face when he's not working. Significantly more at ease and friendly. He made a point to loudly tell the cashier lady stop taking orders with a line, then coughed over the ingredients. Everyone else there's wonderful, though!

  Horrible service, I was given the wrong order and questioned multiple time by of the employees from what I got from her name tag her name is Solmaz. Everytime I come in she seems lost and confused can't communicate what so ever I don't think this is the right job is for her

  Whoever the Bald guy is in the Black shirt. Very rude. The lack of customer service and hospitality was very unpleasant. He seemed annoyed, and inconvenienced when I was ordering. As well as one bagel was cooked perfect and the avocado toast burnt. I understand that people have bad days, don’t take it out of your customers

  03/07/26 In the morning. My very first experience in an Einstein Bros. Bagels was at this location. I went in with my 5 children. The manager was nice to my first daughter that made a purchase because he didn't know she was with me. After that he was in a rush to get the rest of my children and I out the door. He was mean, unprofessional and rude. He wanted us out of there because I was in pajama pants. (It was a Saturday morning and my kids wanted to go so bad with their gift cards.) He was mad because it was taking us a little longer to order and pay. When his daughter arrived he became even more impatient because we were making her late. He kept saying over and over "that's my daughter." So she would get better service than we were getting. It was a horrible first experience. The rest of the staff was courteous and patient. The manager made us never want to return. The staff that made the food was amazing and it was delicious. Manager needs training in customer service. That was unacceptable. We spent over $60 there. Never, again.
