    DRINKS ARE NEVER MADE CORRECTLY!! So frustrating especially when your already waiting in the line for ever 10 min just to get your drink and for it to be made incorrectly and just to end up being late for work! I will start making my drive to Jain tabos location Sucks bc I live across the streetđź’€

    They were very nice was I was a bit disappointment as, I place an on line order was not ready when I arrived they started my order when I gave them my name. I was on a short break for work I never have that issue on the one on universe very fast. They take way to long here.

    UPDATE: I used the link they gave me to complain to the store, completed all the necessary information, but the Submit button doesn't work. Complaint: I order on the app, but at this location, I am made to wait in line for 30 minutes to get my drink that was made 30 minutes ago. Rio Rancho location brings your drink out when it's ready if you order on the app. I love dutch bros, but the wait in line is terrible, so I don't go often.
