    I have only ever had iced drinks from Dutch Bros. It's the season where hot drinks are in order. I was passing by this location, so I decided to give them a shot on a cafe latte. All Dutch Bros shops only have a walk up window and a drive through. It was rainy all day, a rare occurrence for Albuquerque, so I pulled into an empty drive thru. I pulled right up to the window and the smiling barista took my order. A few minutes later, drink in hand, I was well on my way home. I very much relished the flavor of the latte. It's distinctive from Starbucks. I may even like it more. What I did enjoy? Besides the latte, the writing on the lid, and I loved the experience of the raised sipper. I will definitely return for another hot drink.

    This review is specifically dedicated towards Sarah. I get married in 3 days. This Saturday! I went on a dutch detox for September, and finally decided, “ya know i deserve a drink”. Sarah helped me out, she asked how my day was. I told her to at my wedding is in 3 days. She was all excited, and gave me some cutie little stickers to say congratulations. I’ve had multiple good experiences besides just today, but today was incredibly notable because of the season i’m in! Once at this location too, I told one of the baristas how I was worried i failed my exam. She wrote on my drink, encouraging me to have a good day. I LOVE THIS DUTCH SMM🤍

    Great options and great service! So many coffee shops around now they are my favorite! The options are amazing and the service is what really puts them above all!! Quick and friendly!! Food is average but I don’t go for food!!

    Got in the drive thru line with 2 cars in front of us and waited almost 20mins to get our drinks that where very simple to make and as we left we noticed that both of our drinks where made wrong. We ordered milk with coffee but instead we got coffee with our milk and very little syrup. The service sucks every time we go there, we get ignored not only when we wait in line but also when we walk up to the window to get our order taken but for some reason we always give them the benefit of doubt but it’s the last we’ll be going to this stand. After all of what we went through we ended up going to the other stand on Juan Tabo to get our drinks fixed and they were very understanding of the situation and fixed our order. If you want to get the true Dutch Bros experience go to the other stand on Juan Tabo this operation sucks and needs training on how to actually make their drinks and have customer service. DON’T RECOMMEND STOPPING HERE!!!

    Went to Dutch thinking it would’ve been faster than driving out of our way to 7brew, we were very wrong. We waited 5 mins for the outside line barista to even walk up and greet us (there were only two cars in front of us and one was already at the window). Placed our orders and waited an additional 15 mins for our two simple coffee orders to be made (an iced banana latte and one of the new blended fall drinks). The two baristas in the stand were more concerned about gossiping and arguing over who would make the drinks than anything else. We eventually received our drinks, which were not correctly made and had to drive to a different location to ask for the drinks to be corrected. Would give this stand 0/5 stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY OTHER dutch location.
