- MKMissa K2 days ago2.0This location has progressively gotten worse in the last few months. And today just topped it off. There is only one person outside for the drive through, there are 4 of us in line and have been for over 5 minutes. A car pulled into what looks like a closed second lane. The lady working out here allows that car to cut the line even though they had just pulled into the closed line completely ignoring the 4 of us here waiting in the open line. I will go elsewhere in the future as I guess this is what they consider decent customer service now at this location. I have written this review as I still continue to wait in the drive through.
- SNSierra N5 days ago3.0Friendly fast service, good drinks. But the zipper system has to be monitored at all times. People in this city are not kind and were constantly cutting off the right lane, instead of taking turns. I was in the right lane and had 5 cars cut me off. Acting like the other lane didn’t even exist. If I could’ve left I would’ve. I waited an additional 1-15 mins to order because of it. This ate up all my buffer time for work and I arrived right on time. But Idk if I’ll be back on my morning commute unless this issue is reconciled.

He made the wrong drink all other locations have fixed that . I hope he was just having a bad day , makes me want to go somewhere else.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
