    Bruhhh I’m kinda hurt. I needed a nice strong coffee because I have a concrete poor this morning, soo I ordered the kicker an it taste like zero espresso is in it, literally taste just like cream . Don’t taste bad but I wanted something stronger to kick start the morning

    Very disrespectful little girls at work here I ordered one coffee noticed I forgot my wallet at home. I always keep a bag where I collect change my middle console I told him I was gonna pay with nothing but quarters didn’t pay with change pennies, nickels or dimes. They were simply quarters. It was one simple order I can see if it was a big order, but it was not. It took me two minutes to count out the quarters gave it to them. They were sitting there rolling their eyes talking crap making a big deal of it. They acted like they’ve never seen a quarter before l I come here three times a week in order the same coffee all the time one time that I pay with quarters it’s a big deal that’s crazy

    I came through drive thru after a long crappy day, the person who took my order was being trained by another employee no biggie. I ordered a medium green tea, I added mango, pineapple, & sweet cream. (It was a drink inspiration from TikTok) They repeated my order back which was correct, & I proceeded to pay. I got to the window & the guy at the window didn’t greet me, instead he was more interested in doing a bottle flip for a minute (which he didn’t succeed at), then finally asks “just the tea?” I confirm my order, he hands it to me & my drink is white like it just has the tea & sweet cream in it. I tell him “yes this was supposed to have mango & pineapple in it?” He says “yeah, have a good night” I’m like hmm okay giving the benefit of the doubt since clearly they’re trained and know what they’re doing. I’m on the road & try my drink which literally is just green tea with sweet cream. Couldn’t get ahold of HR I’m assuming because it’s Friday & past hours of operation.

    I was excited to finally have a Dutch bros in the South Valley, but every time I have visited this location all I get is the worst customer service greeted with an attitude and my drink is never consistent. This always seems to happen in the afternoon on the weekends, definitely need better help! I wish I remembered to take a picture of my drink this last visit before I threw it in the trash. I will post next time and maybe record my visit so I can share what to expect from this location
