    It was a really bad experience I had never felt so mistreated. the girl at the window asked if I had a order ahead I said no imeadiately her faced expression changed she kept repeating to other customers that orders ahead Meade life easie. so you can’t just pull up to purchase you have to order ahead never coming back to this Dutch bros ever 👎

    I come here every morning and order the same drink, today I ordered my drink, and it was a little messed up. There were just too many grounds in my coffee, making it hard for me to drink as I'm a texture person. I came back, showed the girls, and they immediately remade it for me. I really wanted to leave this review just because of how kind they were, and validating as silly or small as that may seem. I feel like some places can give you so much pushback if you're not happy with something, and I didn't experience that here at all (this is the first time I've ever had something wrong with my drink and again I come everyyy day without fail). Always friendly, always kind, and just such a great place to come get your coffees.

    I don’t usually go to Dutch Bros and they seemed busy so I was iffy on it. To my surprise every car was in and out of there and my drink was made perfect. Talked to an employee named Angel, super friendly and helpful when I didn’t know what to order. Will return.

    I LOVE ANGEL!! His service was so amazing and was very kind and patient with my mom and I. He really lives up to his name. I would definitely go back to experience that fantastic service he showed me.

    Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at Dutch Bros. I placed an online order for three drinks and waited about 20 minutes, even though there was only one vehicle in front of us. While we were waiting patiently, we watched the new manager, Leah, take the order of the vehicle ahead of us. When we finally drove up to the counter, we overheard a conversation that Leah had recently been made the new manager. Based on the experience I had, I believe Dutch Bros should be very careful about who they put in management positions. I left with my daughter and went back home because Sundays are our father-and-daughter ritual, and this experience completely took away from that. I tried calling the store afterward, but I was directed to an 877 customer service number, where I was unable to speak with anyone because it was Sunday. I ultimately drove back to the store because I wanted to speak directly with the other manager and explain the customer service experience I had received. I was told that Nate was no longer there and that the reason Leah took so long was because the gentleman in front of us wanted to speak with her and meet her. Regardless of the circumstances, I found the entire situation totally unprofessional. Customers should not have to wait 20 minutes for three drinks while management is having a personal conversation with a customer. I hope Dutch Bros takes this complaint seriously and provides better training and supervision for its management team. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and have their orders handled in a timely and professional manner.
