  Long story short. Alexa is amazing. However, besides the overpriced, blended coffee with nothing but coffee and oat milk in it. I do not go to Dutch Bros, because this location is very rude. The guy told me I couldn't have my coffee like this. I'm paying $10 for it. I can have it. However, I want. This is why go to Starbucks? Alexa made the experience better. Which is why you're even receiving a star today. But yeah, just paying $10 for a coffee with some oat milk in it is diabolical. And then the attitudes on top of it do not help again. If it wasn't for Alexa, this location wouldn't even receive one star.

  Ordered on the App to beat the line. Got there, no good customer service. The lady in yellow doesn’t greet or welcome us, I told here I’m here for a mobile order, she says “let me help these people and then I can help you”. The app says “estimated pick up time 4:52” I ordered at 4:40pm. Finally received my 4 drink order at 4:10pm. The lady in yellow says “sorry for the wait, we’re short staffed” (mind you, there were 5 workers inside). I probably wouldn’t mind the wait if she greeted me and acknowledged me. Will most definitely not be ordering from this place again. 98th street is the best.

  Our drinks were great, the drive thru staff was quick, and super friendly! We frequent this location every time we are in town and we are never let down.

  When I come to this location most of the time my drink is good.. but this time I don't know if whoever made it was having an off day or what but my drink had no flavor it just tasted like milk and coffee. I got a snickerdoodle cold brew with a Carmel drizzle.. it had no cinnamon sprinks or Carmel drizzle plus I asked extra sweet and there was no sweetness what so ever. I also ordered 2 of fruit punch sparkling sodas. I didn't realize it was supposed to taste like water downed fruit punch. If that is the case I wouldn't have ordered it. I always seem to give it another chance but I only have so many chances that I want to give. All I ask is to try to be better.

  Had great experiences prior to todays.... I ordered a 911 blended and this is what was given to me. Also the guy who was the drive thru Barista around 9-10a well he was a joke...didnt ask whether I wanted my drinks to be blended, hot, or cold..he just walked off off. Won't be coming back to this location. Better off at Juan Tabo
