So i placed an order the day before for 12 dozen donuts and 2 boxes of coffee for a production team. First they wouldn't take my 100 dollars bills when the total was $235. I understand if I was spending like 10 bucks trying g to pay with 100 but it was a large order. I went got change came back paid they even took a picture of my receipt and said it will be ready by 6 am like I planed for. I get there they say they don't have an order. I shoe my receipt they find the order and says it wasn't put for a 6am pickup so I had to wait awhile for them to get the order ready. This has delayed my team alot. They were very unorganized and not a very friendly staff. I will not be using yall for future production orders.

Coffee is ALWAYS cold.. like they gave me a cup that's been sitting there all day. Kind of disappointing. I only stop at this location when it's convenient. Otherwise I'd go to another location if you want hot coffee.

I’m genuinely confused by this Dunkin’. They’re open from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM, but apparently the bakery portion of the business clocks out around 7:00 AM. I’ve stopped here multiple times and haven’t once been able to get a donut or a bagel. Not a particular flavor or specialty item. A donut. At Dunkin’. If you’re going to be open for 16 hours, it seems reasonable to have the things your business is named for available for more than the first two of them. At this point I’ve started calling this location “Dunkin’ No-Donuts.” 🍩🚫 Coffee? Sure. Donuts? Apparently you needed to be here at sunrise.

Its new and I think the staff is young and winging it there needs to be a manager or shift leader with experience. The food was bland greasy and limp. Lol same for the hashɓrowns coffee/Cha was not great for it being a coffee shop 😅 donuts were the only thing decent

To be honest the young women that work here are so freaking rude. Stood at the register waiting for help, then the clerk didn't know what to do. Waited for a supervisor then still nothing. I was told I was rude anddont come back in, all for asking for my coffee. It was a simple brewed coffee orde no special orders. This is the third time I stopped here and I always waited a long time for my coffee. And every time they got my order wrong. I even tried the drive through the same thing. A manager should definitely be on duty at all times. Got into an agruing match over coffee.
