  The person was nice, the drink was good, but It took almost 10 minutes to order. Other employees behind the counter just seemed neutral. Not mean or anything, just not eager to help. And some of the stuff were out/not restocked.

  Really a sign on the door lobby closed due to weather. Made me late for work. Hands down the worst customer service. I thought this was supposed to be quick and easy this Dunkin is the worst. Go out of your way and go to Juan Tabo 100% better.

  Slowest dunkin ive ever been too after standing in line for 10 minutes I just left should make this a drive thru only location since thats all they cared about ...

  i love going to this Duncan even though they’re always out of items it’s understandable since they’re always busy and everybody’s pretty much nice except this one native young girl with the nose piercing. She always seems to have such a horrible attitude. She snatches my card constantly mind you I’d like to keep good relationships, especially at my local coffee shops, but I don’t appreciate my card getting snatched or me having to basically go through the window to the store to get my drink and she tells me I can reach for it other than that everybody’s pretty much nice for the most part but I just can’t get over how badly I was treated this morning getting my drink by Chantelle

  This Dunkin’ Donuts is super slow, I’ve been there multiple times thinking my experience would be different but all the times it’s always slow. I’m in line for 30 minutes. There’s no way you can exit out of line. I always oder the same drink the Dunkinlatte and they don’t make it right it’s always either watery or too strong.. this will be my last time coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts. I do not recommend it! That’s how ridiculously frustrating it is to wait in line that long for a coffee in the morning. Especially when you’re on your way to work!
