  Have been going to this location since it opened, always had great service. This morning we were second car in line. We waited and waited, when we got to the intercom to order no one was on the other end , we waited....decided to just drive to the window. We explained nicely, the girl slammed the window after an eye roll and walked away, we waited. She came back and said we had to order at the second window. We pulled up and waited. After being at the location 25 minutes we just drove off. Very disappointing.

  The customer service here is horrible. Even the manager sometimes likes to argue with the customer. My order was for a hot French vanilla latte with almond milk. I noticed the order was incorrect on the screen and politely notified the staff member taking my order. Unfortunately, she responded dismissively and sighed audibly over the microphone.Upon arriving at the window, I waited for over 8 minutes to receive my coffee, despite there being no other customers in the store or in the drive-thru line. When I finally received the drink, it was made as a cold brew.I returned to the window to get it corrected, but the employee insisted it was hot "because it’s in the cup." I handed the cold coffee back, and she remade it in just one minute. However, due to the dismissive attitude and the frustration of the exchange, I ended up discarding the coffee rather than drinking it.I frequent this location and usually enjoy your coffee, but the customer service and order accuracy during this visit were unacceptable. I am sharing this so your team can address these service standards.

  There should not be donut substitutions at 6:12 in the morning. Additionally, being forced to substitute on every single visit is pretty annoying. I will not be returning to this location.

  The service today was awful the girl at the drive thru is awful. They will not answer and make me wait more than 5 minutes in order to make an order when they had no cars. I tried to make an additional order for a cup of coffee and she said to go around again to order and didn’t want to fix the problem with online order. If this is the type of people working here is very sad. I never had a problem with any employees at this location they are always nice and today this lady was rude and unprofessional.

  I agree with most of the other reviews. Worst location to get coffee. They never have any! When they say they are making it "fresh" it's always cold. Do they not feel the cup. It's like rocket science to make it it seems. It's like drinking coffee that's been sitting there all day. I only stop at this location because it's close by when I'm on the go working .A disappointment every time. Better to drive the extra distance to another location.
