  We stopped by at 6pm and the front doors were locked even though the store hours say they're open till 9. They only had blueberry donuts available. But they gave them to us for free?

  In the half dozen times I’ve gone there or ordered from this location this last month, at least one item in my order was incorrect. I’ve contacted customer service and received assurances of improvement but have not seen any. Employees and management clearly don’t care. All of the east side locations have this issue, they can’t follow easy instructions like what kind of cheese a customer wants.

  Stopped 1 day, Had to go to the drive up window cause the door was locked for the lobby. I called out my order and the girl said she couldn't hear me, I repeated and when I order agian it was pure laughter, I could hear everyone laughing, I called out my order again and nothing but laughter and can't hear you and can't make that although it was on the menu. I just drove away and came to stabucks
