I ordered 3 drinks in drive thru, was asked what size multiple times and if I wanted whip cream on advertised drink and still didnt get it so I have no clue why I was asked. Donuts were okay this is the first I came early and they had donuts at Dunkin DONUTS. When I did circle around and asked if they could put whip cream on a drink they kept asking I wanted whip cream on and I said yes too the guy sighed, rolled his eyes and put whip cream on the drink. If it was that difficult to do dont offer it I guess? Customer service really does suck when ppl just apply and show up to the job with their finger in one nostril and the other up their butt and expect to get tipped but thats the service industry for ya!

I have gone here for YEARS with my daughter whenever she wants a special treat. I love the two women who own the place. They are kind and I've made it a point to patronize this store because I feel they create a friendly and warm environment that I want to support. I was shocked when we stopped by today at about 1:30. The place was deserted, with 3 people working. My daughter decided to try a new Suncloud Lemonade. Unfortunately, she took ONE sip and declared it was too sour for her, and she wouldn't drink it. I requested a refund. Is that entitled? They took back the drink and informed me that I cannot have a refund because there is no manager on site. Therefore, I said I would like something of similar value to what I had paid. They gave my daughter a regular lemonade, which is half the value of what I paid. I pointed this out. The cashier told me I was wrong, so I asked her to look up the price point. Yup, half of what I had paid. She would know this. She then said she would throw in two donuts. For my trouble, I asked her to make it three, as I have three kids. Again, is that entitled? I wanted a refund, they couldn't give me what I requested so I was willing to work with them. Seems reasonable to me. I instructed my daughter to choose her donuts, when the boy who was on the drive-through butted in. (He had not been involved in the sale, he had no power to give me a refund, why was he involving himself???). "Ma'am, you are entitled," he declared. I was extremely taken aback. So disrespectful. Had I not been so surprised, I would have said, "Yes, as a regular customer here, I am entitled to receive goods in kind with what I've paid. I am also entitled as your customer to be treated with respect" But of course, I didn't think of that on the spot. He then made some off-putting comments about my UNDERAGE daughter. Again NONE of his business. Who is HE to talk about my daughter???!???!??!?! I asked the cashier what she would do in my place, and she agreed that I was being reasonable. When I left, I just said, "I'm not entitled". He spewed some sort of snarky response, which I didn't stick around for. I used to go to this particular place because I loved the vibe and wanted to support it. Today, I was insulted and judged for trying to get my money's worth when I couldn't get a refund. I am sad and still a little shocked that Dunkin Donuts employees would treat customers so rudely.
