  Unfortunately, this place is terrible. I went through the drive through and wanted a hot chai - they gave me a coffee so I drove back - they made me go into the store instead of fixing it through the drive through, then I had to wait for the drive through line and then the young man with big hair told me latte is a coffee. I had to explain that chai is tea - there is no coffee. They gave it to me cold, told me to get out and never come back. No apology for messing up my order or even making me come in - all they had to say we are sorry and give me the drink I ordered but they were super rude. I don't recommend going here unless you don't care about service nor don't care if you get the correct drink since they clearly don't know what they are doing. Too bad, I was hoping for a nearby place to get tea. I was upset by the time I got helped but if the mistake was theirs, then they should stand by their product, train people so they actually know what the drinks are and learn empathy - just say sorry we goofed - it really is that easy people. Their chai is terrible anyways.

  This place didn't have a manager on duty. The hashbrowns were greasy and they were out of almost all flavors of donuts and it's a brand new location

  I had the $6 meal deal. All of my items were prepared accurately and very quickly. I'll be back!
