- BMBernadette MirabalMay 2, 20261.0This is the second time I have ordered delivery from this Dominos located literally 1.5 miles from my home. Both times over an hour to deliver. Pizza was cold cold both times, Both times forgot items. This time though. No salad brought, when I finally got through after40 minutes, for them to answer the phone. They tell me they didn't have salads and I could get a credit. I didnt even get the 4 extra ranch dippings I ordered. I guess they didnt have those either. You didn't bother to call and say we dont have salads.. you just deliver a half order and expect people to be ok..??????? Refreshers on customer service recommended.

My last 3 orders have been dropped off at the wrong locations and I have had to get my food redelivered or refunded. Ordering pizza shouldn’t be this difficult.

I’ve had multiple orders delivered to the wrong address, including my neighbor’s house. At this point, it’s not a simple mistake it’s a pattern. Management and ownership need to pay attention to their Google reviews and fix what’s going on. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with repeated delivery problems.
