- ACAlejandro CollinsMay 8, 20262.0Pizza is always good, honestly. But I have a gripe with the drive through system. The inside of the store is closed, so everyone needs to pick up their pizza through the drive through window. This is fine, except people will drive up before their order is ready, and sit at the window until it's ready. I park, and then drive up when my order says it's ready through the app. This had led me to wait 5-10+ mins behind a car or two that are at the window waiting. Staff should really tell them to go park, or at least come out to all the cars in line to check if the pizza is ready. It's really not that complicated and would reduce the overall wait times. Actually, as I type this, I've been in line for 5 mins, which is how long my order has been ready, according to the app. Either other customers or the staff is completely oblivious to this, and it's up to management to create a system that could avoid long wait times... Unfortunately, I might have to try a different location next time.
