  Our experience hear is anything but calm and quiet. It is exciting up beat. The server, Dave, was awesome, kind and above and beyond. Food was great, filling and sightfully appetizing. The only difficulty was the tall table seating, which I don't recommend for people with disabilities. Find a booth, normal height table seating was not available.

  Stand at the front waiting to be helped for 10 mins. When I asked for a manager to talk to a couple that were rude to my child when they had sat at the same machine for almost an hour and my child just asked if they would be there the whole day, the manager never showed up and that couple was still there when we left after 2 hrs. Overall a clean place even tho machines are always breaking down or are offline

  Wow!!! What a wonderful experience we had at D & B. Nader and his staff were absolutely amazing. We had a large group of students travel to ABQ for a senior trip this past weekend and I cannot truly express in words my gratitude for the accommodations and hospitality that Nader and his staff showed our group at D & B To bring this into context, there were some unfortunate events that happened this past weekend where we were unable to keep our reservation with Main Event, due to an unforseen situation that had occurred. Without hesitation, Jennifer from Main Event reached out to D & B and coordinated for our group to go there instead. They took such great care of our group, provided the entire group with complimentary playing cards, food and top notch care and attention. I've previosuly worked in the service industry for over 10 years and I have never experienced such fantastic customer service from ANY company or establishment. They just wanted to make it right for the inconvenience and to make sure our kids had a memorable trip. They did just that and more! The kids had an amazing time. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our "Class of 2026"! Thank you!

  Went here for my senior trip, amazing. They were very accommodating for our large group, staff was super friendly and helpful and overall me and my friends had a great time here. 10/10 would come again

  I usually just write food reviews, so this one is gonna be a little different. Ill quickly mention that the food was ok, typical bar food that goes well with drinks. I want to highlight the customer service that my girlfriends and I received on a recent Saturday lady's night outing. We try to meet up as much as we can, and we took a chance on this place because, A. It's a centralized location for us to meet. B. It has alcohol. C. Isn't our normal atmosphere to meet up. We usually get coffee or go to a more local restaurant. Tyler went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. Whenever we had questions, or asked him if he knew how to make certain drinks, he was willing and up for the challenge. We've had our fair share of grumpy bartenders, but he seems to genuinely love his job. He was very friendly and really made our night! Dave and Busters... he's definitely a keeper. We enjoyed our time so much we hope to see him again next month! We will even try out some games next time too!
