  I always have such an amazing time when I visit! The food is great, the games are fun, and the people are the best part! Emily the manager is always so sweet, on our latest visit she came by to check on us personally multiple times and brightened our day with great conversation! Alex the tech was super helpful and kind! He helped us when a couple of games broke, made things right and gave us some tips on other games. Saul, another tech played guitar hero against us and we won tickets! The employees made our day even better and we’re excited to come back again!

  Dave & Busters let me down when they charged my card $66 dollars (including tip) for gameplay, to find out that the credit was not added to the card. After finding out that it was because their system declined my card, but yet still charged it, and of course I did have the funds for it. They said to wait at least a week for the refund to process completely. At the time of the transaction, why didn’t they let me know that it was declined. Why did I have to tell them that I had just paid money for game time but it wasn’t showing on the account. To be fair, nothing is cheap these days. So yeah, this is a big deal. I’m still waiting for the refund to process as it was said it will take a week, after they void the initial transaction. A manager should have been called instantly before I walked away. Very inconvenient. I’ve worked in retail and know how it is, to avoid future issues like this, please make it better and let the customer know

  This was my 1st time to Dave & Busters. Not good. We got there after 1:30p. The hostess informed us to sit at "whatever table has a menu". No menus on the tables, they were just plated. We waited for a good while before I went to bar to ask for menus. No one came to ask what we wanted to drink. Joe needed restroom and as he was going he told me what he wanted to eat and drink in case a server came by. As he went, he talked to a server or an employee and informed them we were waiting for someone and she said we "could order at the bar". Joe pointed out that there were other tables and she said those tables had reservations. Joe said but they have servers ans she said we could sit at the bar and then she said that the server will be in at 2p. At 2:02p, Nicki came over and apologized that she just clocked in. She was nice and so we ordered. Joe had the 1/2 rack of ribs with mash potatoes and coleslaw and I had the blackened chicken Alfredo. Both plates were delicious with the meat literally falling off the rib! On point! My Alfredo dish was so good with a slight exception to the al dente pasta that could have been done a tad bit more. Because its a Dave & Busters, it'll be loud and thats expected. There were 2 TVs that were out and 1 that was glitching. Bummer because the FIFA World Cup was on and from where we were at, Luckily the TV across worked. The service was poor and I'd hope at least this isnt like this most times. Games were fun with up to date games. Food was great! And if you can handle noise or don't mind sitting at the bar, yes it can be enjoyable! Thank you Nicki for being our server!

  My family and I recently visited Dave & Buster's. The food was fine, and the games were enjoyable. However, our experience was overshadowed by a serious issue involving the prize area. While redeeming prizes, I was stabbed in the hand by a piece of broken glass. I immediately informed an attendant, who called over a manager. While the attendant was apologetic, the manager simply brought me a Band-Aid and did not acknowledge the incident, apologize, or express any concern about how the injury occurred. Accidents can happen, but the way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing. A customer being injured by broken glass should be taken seriously. The lack of concern and accountability from management left me feeling ignored and dissatisfied. While the food and games were enjoyable, customer safety and proper handling of incidents are just as important. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to return.

  We were trying to get our waiters attention for 15 minutes and he finally took our order two minutes after happy hour ended and would not honor the happy hour price for two drinks. Our tab was $240 and they made a big deal about $10 for happy hour. They didn’t care and the manager couldn’t even come talk to us about why they chose to not honor it. The waiter just kept saying that was the policy. Horrible service.
