  Moved to Albuquerque 2 yrs ago,,retired Navy,,wife is a travel nurse,,as a man of color I can only say that at first I thought this business just needed to train employees better but I only received exceptional service from a young lady who fortunately goes to college out of state,,I've been charged the wrong amount for a strawberry shake,,no apologies,,no have a good day,,come again etc. We're moving to Texas this yr. , just hope no other ppl experience this kinda of treatment in future !!

  I always enjoy coming to Dairy Queen every Sunday because the service is consistently amazing. Payton is always so helpful, accommodating, and friendly every time I visit. They always make sure I have the best experience possible and go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. It’s rare to find someone so hardworking and positive, and it truly makes a difference. Thank you, Payton, for always making my Sundays better!

  So ill order a blizzard through doordash about once a month. And almost every time vanilla ice cream shows up. No chocolate sauce not made correctly. I know dairy queen likes to hire kids so they can pay them less, but still I want what I pay for!

  The nice manager let me come pick up a cake I forgot to order on time before the store was even open. She was very kind and accommodating, very much appreciated :) also the cake was delicious and well decorated!

  Peanut buster parfait was nothing but soft serve. 6 bucks for basically plain soft serve. Go across the street to Freddy's
