    Im not sure who does the hiring at this store. Last night I got horrible service. The cashier was very rude NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. Also very unprofessional she wasn’t wearing a cap or visor to keep her hair out of the food she was handing out.

    Terrible! Start off by saying I’m pregnant and wanted my favorite sweet treat. Awful customer service, ordered two things and they messed it up. I didn’t trust it cause I’m allergic to certain things they sell there and it could’ve had an ingredient I’m allergic to. We went back through the drive thru to tell them cause the lobby was closed for some reason and the people came out and checked it in front of us like we were lying about not getting the wrong item. After they checked told us to stay in line. Even when the employee walked back in they said “I don’t even know what this is”. Made us wait in line again when they could’ve just walked it out to us. We get up to the window and my boyfriend says thank you and they looked so annoyed. I’m sorry but their smores blizzard is vanilla ice cream and they made it with chocolate and it also had walnuts in it. Don’t even trust to eat it cause they made it seem like we were the inconvenience who knows if they did something to it. I’d give no stars.
