- SSSkirunrSep 29, 20262.0If government food safety inspectors walked in it would have been instant closure for this store. Hands down the most horrible restaurant I have ever entered. The premises starting with the glass entry door, to filthy, tables, floors and chairs were covered in muck, not even a cleanser bottle and towels available to wash up ourselves. Used water and tiny napkins from the beverage machine to do that. The food line was long and unorganized with rice and other foods splattered against the servers line glass and floor. Would have left immediately but had a school event to attend and short in time after a school sports practice for the kids. Felt sorry for the obviously shorthanded and under trained employees trying but they were overwhelmed at dinner hour. Yuck!

We paid $32 for two bowls and with all the money Chipotle makes, they can at least make an effort to keep the place tidy and clean. I am giving up on you, Chipotle. Your food is mediocre and your "new" chicken is consistently cheap quality and reheated. I am done supporting businesses that have dirty dining rooms, counters, food prep areas, even the door was filthy.

They need someone out here cleaning tables picking up food and trash. Also chips were stale and they were out of certain foods at 12 noon….also the new pollo asado item…not worth it.
