Not to mention that the portions were extremely small. We haven’t had great experiences at Chipotle in the past but this was the breaking point, won’t be coming back.

Whoever was in charge (girl standing behind red car) was yelling using curse words. While waiting for our to go order she closed down the line in The middle of a rush (4:50pm) while people were in line to go back to change the music. Noticed cutting raw meat on a green cutting board while a red one was sitting 3 feet away. Saw someone prepping or washing dishes just to walk back on like WITHOUT WASHING HANDS and started making food. we waited 20 extra minutes for our pick up order and once we were helped we left and watched her walk out the back door to talk to another coworker. Horrible Service, poor girl with purple hair was left alone to deal with all to go orders, she was polite I feel bad for her and everyone else who has to listen to this girl.

The meat was dried out and the beans had absolutely no juice to them, this is the first location that I've ever seen this at unfortunately. On that note if I wanted "FASTFOOD" I'd go through a drive through or have ordered online, to hurry up and buy. The way the employees rush you through the lines is very uncomfortable just throwing the food in the bowl, and barely any. I hate to be problematic but if I'm spending my hard earned money, I'm going to speak up. SLOW DOWN FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. It's not the end of the world. I ended up trashing my lunch today, what a waste ....

She slammed my burrito on the counter as well as the drink that I ordered. And when I asked if they sold Izzie’s she replied with a cold “ nope”. Sorry but I don’t remember ordering a side of attitude with my food. Management needs to do better at this location when hiring staff.
