  Came 30 mins before closing girl working the front stated she had no tortillas then proceed to see her pull out tortillas after I walked out! Very rude and unprofessional this is very sad to see how customer service is this days!

  Love Chipotle, but NOT this location. They are often out of items due to manpower. The staff tries their best but sometimes has to resort to online ordering only, again, manpower issues. I drive further to avoid this location. H

  I wish I could give this location zero stars after today's experience. The young cashier was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. From the moment we stepped up to order, her attitude made it obvious that we were an inconvenience. She handled our food carelessly, throwing our order and other items around instead of treating them with even basic respect. We were polite the entire time, yet we were met with unnecessary hostility. There is absolutely no excuse for treating customers this way. Customer service should never make people feel unwelcome or disrespected. Management needs to address this immediately. Employees who treat customers like this should not be representing the business. This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a Chipotle, and based on today's visit, I will not be returning.

  A positive feedback regarding my recent visit to this CHIPOTLE spot. I was very impressed by the welcoming staff and the quality of the food. It is clear that the team takes pride in their work and in providing excellent service.

  i came on tuesday at 6:38, it was soooo freaking packed, line out the door, there was 3 girls and 1 guy working and they all deserve a raise ASAP. there was a really rude lady in front of me and they handled it like bosses! also chipotle should add card tips so they can get more money. they work so hard at this location (edit: i saw a review talking about the short girl doing bad, for me she did super well with bagging and she was super friendly making customer connections, all of them were working their butts off)
