  Tried to get a quesarito from here like I get from every chipotle and the employees refused to do it for me when I was the only person in line….. like just melt the cheese for me I’m willing to pay extra for it, kinda embarrassing ngl

  They only decide to do certain menu items when they “feel like it”, which I feel is absolutely ridiculous, like just say you’re lazy, or give us to someone who KNOWS how to do their job.

  I ordered a protein bowl with light rice and light black beans with chicken and al pastor chicken. I asked if they be placed side-by-side so that the al pastor sauce didn’t get on the other chicken. The male associate put the al pastor chicken on top and handed it off to a female, when I noticed I corrected the female employee letting her know they were to be side by side not in top of each other. She rolled her eyes and then begin digging through the chicken with her fingers trying to separate the two. I told her that defeated the purpose of why I wanted them side-by-side and asked her to remake it. She made faces and then started to create a new bowl putting extra rice and extra black beans I then corrected her again, letting her know that it should be light rice and light beans protein bowl. She then used her fingers to dig through the food again and put a small smaller portion of rice and beans in an other bowl with her hands. By this time, other customers had ordered the al pastor chicken, which made us have to wait over 10 minutes. When they noticed that we were still waiting, and the chicken was nowhere being done, the same female employee grabbed the regular chicken and put al pastor sauce over it and weighed it in a side container to complete our order. As we waited I watched several “sides” of protein being served and not one was weighted until ours. Our food was now cold and the bowls were soggy after having to wait for the chicken. (The chicken was not ready, as they forgot to put on the grill and the reason why they just put sauce over the regular chicken.) While waiting the female who was assisting us made comments to an other female employee on the register, the register employee then bagged our meals the chips ended up being crushed into small chunks. I find the whole thing highly unprofessional, unsanitary , retaliatory and frankly discriminatory after simply requesting a correction so my 3yr old could share. I did take our food to avoid a confrontation and any further “mishaps” with our food.
