  Stood in line tonight for about 5 minutes with my fiance to have 3 employees walk past us repeatedly several times. No acknowledgement at all. Store was an absolute mess and they were more preoccupied with cleaning up rather than taking our orders. The employees were also talking very loudly about race and white people. Ultimately, we left. Absolutely ridiculous.

  I was in line tonight and watched a guy come back in and explain that the rice in both of his bowls was completely undercooked, hard, and basically inedible. The manager argued with him and insisted the rice was fine instead of making a new batch, and they continued serving the same rice to everyone in line. I ended up getting my food and unfortunately he was completely right. The rice was hard, crunchy, and clearly undercooked. There were multiple people standing in line watching the whole thing happen, knowing they were about to be served the same rice. What really made this experience worse was how unprofessional and dismissive the manager was about it. If a customer is telling you the food is literally inedible, the response shouldn’t be to argue with them and continue serving it. I normally don’t write reviews, but this was honestly ridiculous.

  This is the worst Chipotle location in town, and easily the worst Chipotle location I’ve experienced in my life. The food is often quite old (they will serve you brown guacamole without hesitation), and perhaps most frustratingly of all, they will often use the front service bar for online ordering, resulting in an experience where you wait behind several in person customers AND THEN when you get to the front, they will do several online orders. I think the staff is quite rude, but they also seem very understaffed, so it seems like a management issue.

  From the broken door when you walk in, to the broken burrito machine, to the fact that I was not allowed to have a bag for my to-go order even though they literally had a stack of bags this might be the worst Chipotle location I've ever been to. Was literally told "Those bags are only for Uber drivers. Thank you goodbye." Too funny.

  ⭐️ When I walked in, I immediately noticed that the restaurant was not clean. The tables were messy, and the floors had visible gunk and debris. The server actually did a great job wrapping my burrito, and I initially had no complaints about the service. However, while I was standing there and went back to ask for extra salsa, I noticed a fly in the food. That was extremely disturbing and made me question the overall cleanliness and food-handling practices at this location. The following day, I developed a severe upset stomach and ended up getting diarrhea. This was honestly one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. Seeing a fly in the food combined with the lack of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the sanitation and food safety issues at this location. Do not eat here
