  Showed up at 9:30 pm and they said they had no food or drinks available. Online it says they close at 10pm

  First time to Chipotle, menu was not very explanatory, but ordered the steak burrito with guacamole, queso Blanco, beans and rice. The food was very bland, really no flavor. The rice was old and some rice bits were rock hard. As you can see in the picture and highlighted, the food trays were dirty and had not been cleaned as cross contamination was obvious by foods in close proximity and choices of add ones. Will not be back .

  So I ordered double protein in my burrito bowl and got the chipotle sauce but no chicken. Gee. Thanks.

  First of all we ordered to pick up at 9:30 and we got there at 9:58 because we had just gotten off work, which is 2 mins before they close and when we pulled up into the parking lot. This girl that we see every time we go there that’s always rude and giving us faces. Runs to the door when we pull up and locks the door. Mind u, it wasn’t 10 yet and we still had to pick up out order and when we got to the door, obviously we knew it was locked but we tried to open it anyways so they can open the door bc we still had to pick up our order that we had already paid for. And the girl that ended up opening the door for us didn’t even open the door for us at first, she just cracked the door open a little and popped out as if she was going to tell us to leave. But like I said, we still had to pick up our order and we also saw that they had other orders to get picked up but they still locked the door. And thennn, when we opened our burritos. We had ordered a steak burrito out of 3 burritos but 2 were chicken and one was steak. And all 3 burritos had chicken. No steak whatsoever. Overall, the workers here are rude and don’t know how to do their job.
