  Last three times I have gone to this location (at perfectly reasonable hours during the day and not near closing) they only have the chili lime chips. They are always out of something. Better off going to a different location that can stock properly.

  one of the most disgusting places I've ever been food was ice cold, flavorless, rice was hard, meat smelled,chips were stale and inedible. staff could care less store was dirty. I will never be back Don't go here!!!!

  Terrible service, it was dirty, food looked/tasted old & the employees were rude! I walked in about 20 minutes before they closed. I asked if they were closed since 6 employees were standing in front looked like they were just hanging out waiting to leave. The very young female employee that made my bowl was so quiet barely spoke just sighed mostly I couldn't hear anything when I asked her anything except "Oh were out of that" which was almost everything I was very disappointed I wish I would have known they were out of more than half the items I wanted for my bowl. She didn't even check the back or seemed to care at all that each item I asked for was out. 1 female employee looked at her asked if she even checked in the back, she was the only 1 that seemed to care a little but could barely hear her too. Then I paid I think it was the manager a young male he asked was everything right or along those lines he wasn't asking cause he knew half the food I tried to order was out it seemed like he was just asking to ask part of the job. All of them seemed miserable like they're just there cause they have to & customers are a burden to them. Well I was right as I'm walking out leaving heard the girl who made my bowl talking crap. The entire restaurant looked dirty/messy especially the bins of food stations spills all over & dirty empty ones just left sitting there. The food I was given tasted old flavorless I had to add my own seasonings from home & remake the bowl it was just a big soggy mess nothing fresh gave me burnt beans from the very bottom. If you're only going to serve a few items when open for business during normal business hours maybe just close early or inform customers first so they don't order from the bins that are so dirty they look like food is still in them but be told after order is started we're out & don't care. EDIT: got sick after eating!!

  Go to Barbacoa down the street. Service and food is 1000x better and they’re not trying to skimp you on every single thing they add to your bowl. I’m done coming here. I actually laughed when I saw how much steak she tried to put in my bowl. Employees always seem annoyed and they’re always out of stuff.

  Why does ordering at Chipotle feel like a race? I recently visited as a new customer not familiar with the ordering process, and was struck by how rushed the entire experience felt. From the moment I started ordering, it seemed like the staff wanted me to hurry up and move along. There was no sense of welcome or patience, just pressure to get through the line as quickly as possible. The employees came across as disengaged and unhappy to be there. Their lack of friendliness made the whole interaction uncomfortable. I left feeling like I wasn’t wanted as a customer, which is the opposite of what a restaurant experience should be. I don’t plan on returning. The food might be fine, but the service and atmosphere were so off-putting that it’s not worth it.
