- JPJohn PadillaMay 13, 20261.0I stopped at this Chick-fil-A went through the drive-up window they took everybody that drove up behind me and gave them their food I waited in the line for 20 minutes just to get to the front and be treated Rude by the staff and manager I told the manager I was going to leave a bad review and her and the employees started to badmouth me amongst each other. These kids are hateful and rude and don't care about Chick-fil-A and their customers

I didn't have time to go back that day so I called and they said they would get back to me, which they never did. I ended up eating something else. The worst chick fil a in Albuquerque.

I did a mobile order ahead just to still have to wait in the drive through for almost 20 minutes and be late back to work. What’s the point of doing a mobile order if I still have to wait in line for that long, as well as having to merge behind traffic who did an order in the drive through. I understand they only have one system but what I don’t understand is what the point of having 2 lanes if I still have to merge into one lane regardless of the mobile order. They have the ability to have someone take food out to the second lane to keep traffic flowing. Only giving 2 stars because the food is good but the customer service not so much.
