- YDYulieth DelgadoMay 12, 20261.0Yesterday at 9:00 I went to pick up my order which was a bad experience for me I entered because the doors were still open which when entering the place and requesting my order was attacked with shouts by the shift leader who told me that she was already going to close the doors and to go for the car service I told her I'm already in here please I need my order which was only four drinks she told me no and she had my order there with her she just didn't want to give it to me .... it's terrible to see how this company does not train its employees to serve customers. Bad experience

Drive thru gets so backed up, staff looks so unhappy and have rude attitude. Today was my last straw at this location. Was waiting on my chicken bowl for about 15 minutes and no one was checking up on me till way later and asked what I’m waiting for. Not to mention, yall NEVER put the jalapeño salsa with the mean WHEN IT COMES WITH IT. I was beyond upset and I just wanted to take off. To the General manager, hire better people and actually help them out. Your morning crew needs to get with the program and have better guest service.
