    Just went through their drive-thru not even 5 minutes ago. Ordered their #2 spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and instead of getting what I ordered I got whatever I got in the photo provided and ordered a Coca-Cola with it and got root beer instead. Very disappointed. Seemed as if the worker was distracted or not paying attention because I did repeat my order back to them and still got my order wrong

    ​I did a mobile pick-up order today, and it was a disaster from the start. When I pulled up and told the guy holding the tablet that I had a pick-up. He looked at his screen and confidently told me I was at the wrong location. I had to politely tell him no, I'm not. He checked a second time, realized he was actually the one who was wrong, and didn't even apologize for the mistake. I still told him thank you, and he just stayed completely silent. ​He wasnt even wearing a name tag. Then while I was waiting in line with 4 cars still in front of me, a girl named Yoselin brings out my order with an ice cream cone on a really hot day. The cone was for my toddler who was waiting for it back at home, so I had to drive it to him. Since I was completely boxed in and couldn't leave, the ice cream was already melting. I politely asked her how am I supposed to get out of the line now with the car still in front of me, and told her the cone is melting. She gave me attitude and said I just made it. I explained that yes, but it makes more sense to just wait for me to pull up to give me the ice cream instead of bringing it out to the car while I'm trapped and can't leave. Instead of being professional, she just gave me attitude and walked back inside. I later found out that Yoselin is actually a manager, which is hilarious because you would think a manager would understand how heat affects ice cream, or at least have enough customer service training to not roll her eyes. I didnt realize Chick-fil-A expected customer cars to magically hover over the drive thru line so my kids ice cream cone doesnt melt. ​When I finally pulled up to the window to get the "soup" remade, I asked another employee for Yoselin name. I said thank you to that employee and surprise more eerie silence. They found my asking for her name so amusing. Avoid mobile ordering at this location, it is an absolute inconvenience. If this is the kind of leadership Yoselin is providing, it’s no wonder the rest of the staff acts like basic politeness is an exhausting chore. I’d say they need better management, but she’s the one wearing the polo. Unprofessional, petty, and completely clueless. Next time, Yoselin, maybe use a little logic before rushing an item out to a trapped car, or find a job where basic math and temperature control aren't required. 🤏

    Nothing to do with Chick-fil-A itself but everything to do with how so many parents allow their children to behave horribly in public and do not correct the behavior.

    I visited this Chick-fil-A drive-thru on June 20, 2026, at approximately 6:30 PM and was extremely disappointed by the level of customer service I received from a team member identified as Ravyn. Unfortunately, this interaction fell far below the standard of hospitality and professionalism that Chick-fil-A has built its reputation upon. Upon entering the drive-thru, I observed that Ravyn appeared to focus exclusively on one lane while customers in the second lane, including myself, were left waiting unnecessarily. When she finally came over to take my order, there was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no attempt at even basic courtesy. She simply waited for me to initiate the conversation. Throughout the interaction, her tone and demeanor conveyed clear irritation and disinterest, making it obvious that she did not want to be there. While I understand that mistakes happen and have no issue repeating myself when necessary, Ravyn asked me multiple times to repeat portions of my order. Afterward, I specifically asked whether she had everything entered correctly that I had asked for, and she assured me that she did. Unfortunately, that assurance proved to be false, as my order was not entered accurately. Had she taken the time to verify the order instead of dismissing my concerns, the mistake could have easily been avoided. What was most disappointing, however, was her conduct after I paid. As I thanked her, she rolled her eyes dramatically, turned away, and walked off without another word. Not only did she fail to acknowledge my gratitude, but she also neglected to say "My Pleasure"—a phrase that has become synonymous with Chick-fil-A's commitment to exceptional customer service and hospitality. While I do not expect robotic responses, I do expect the level of courtesy and professionalism that customers have come to associate with this company. I ultimately brought this matter to the attention of the manager because I believe such behavior reflects poorly on the restaurant and undermines the customer experience. I choose Chick-fil-A because it has long distinguished itself from other fast-food establishments through outstanding service. If I encounter this type of dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism again, I will not hesitate to escalate my concerns to corporate, as customers should not be subjected to poor communication and disrespect from employees who clearly have no interest in providing the quality of service for which Chick-fil-A is known.
