The gentleman that checked us out this evening was rushing us through and interrupting with "anything else" before my boyfriend even finished his sentence. It definitely did not feel like he was listening and was just rushing us through. When we got home, I noticed instead of Colby Jack like we asked, they put cheddar and pepper jack on my sandwich instead. We also had 0 out of the 8 chickfila sauces we ordered. My boyfriend also asked for a large meal but the gentleman ringing us up ignored him so we had to ask at the window for that to be fixed. 0/10 experience for sure tonight.

People are perfectly pleasant here, but I'm so tired of getting home and realizing each of my kids meals is missing fries, you get a salad without dressing, each meal has the wrong nuggets - and it's hard to justify holding up the line to have to check your order item by item to make sure it's all there. This is also not cheap food anymore - so you're paying for no guarantees. Bummed to leave the review, but I just can't recommend it. If you're going for convenience, the likelihood of being inconvenienced is much, much higher than your average food spot.

And then some. 5 cars back i asked to see a menu, she coldly pointed to the standing menu... duh.. I thought maybe she was prepared and had the hand held one they used to have. Asked for 4 chick sauce got 2 asked for sweet tea got regular and when I asked to speak to a mgr I was told she was too busy to talk to me however I could pull to the front and wait.. are you serious. This place has gone to crap. Never again.

When we went to order, the gentleman at the counter seemed confused and like he didn’t know what was going on. I had to repeat our food order twice and our drinks three separate times. After I had already paid, I asked for the bathroom code because my daughter had tried to use the restroom before we ordered. Instead of giving me the code, he repeated the total for the order I had already paid for. I had to ask again before finally getting the code. When we walked into the dining area, there was a spilled drink on the floor, the tables were dirty, and the entire dining area was a mess. The play area smelled terrible and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in who knows how long. Later, when I went to use the restroom, there was no toilet paper and no hand soap. That was especially concerning considering this is a restaurant with a children’s play area. Unfortunately, the food didn’t make the experience any better. The chicken patty on my sandwich was literally about half the size of the bun. Between the smell, dirty dining and play areas, poorly stocked restroom, confusing service, and disappointing food, this was just an overall bad experience. Cleanliness should be a basic expectation at any restaurant, especially one where families and children are eating and playing. We definitely will not be returning to this location.
