  When it comes to the food at Chick-fil-A, they definitely know what they’re doing as far as taste and quality (not so quantity). However, at this particular location today, all employees who gave me service were a bit rude, and uninterested in their duties. For a Christian company, I think we as customers expect all Chick-fil-A employees to have manners, professionalism, care, and biblical values during their shift - I saw none of that today from anyone. Lastly, I found a long strand of hair on my Chick-fil-A cup not belonging to me. Do better Chick-fil-A. Do better.

  The first man who took our order was super nice and helpful, very patient. Food was great. When we sat down I needed to use the restroom because I was feeling quite sick from our drive, so I was pretty eager. There was an older Hispanic lady who I had asked for the code, and she muttered it quickly. She had an accident and so I struggled to understand, and I asked her to repeat it politely to which she irritatingly muttered it again while walking away from me. I tried the code a few times and it didn't work, so I thought maybe it was a single bathroom and I had to wait. So I waited about 10 min until I went back and it still didnt work. I asked the same Hispanic lady if it was a single bathroom to which she again irritatingly put the code in for me, shoved open the door and walked away. I thought maybe I was just observing her wrong, but my husband agreed she was being pretty rude. If it weren't for the first guy, I would have given a lower review.

  I visited this Chick fa LA about a week ago with some friends I ordered some desserts for my family and then my friends went up to order some Large fries and a few other things when they received there order it was a small fry, so my friend kindly told the guy excuse my friend you gave me a small instead of larger so he turned around starting speaking with I assume the Shift lead Amaya which I happened to be watching looked at us said something to another coworker I believe in Spanish and began glaring and mad doggy us for no reason and continued to glare us down, so i kindly walked up to another kid and said excuse me what's and he walked over and I asked him what's her name because she seems to want to say something to us and he rudely answered me while having a huge hickey on his neck fully shown to be in a Customer Service atmosphere to me that was Zero Customer Service. I didn't appreciate Amaya making my friends and I feelil what we purchased and spent our hard earned money on getting right because after we arrived home our fries where salty and my friends Strawberry Milk shake tasted sour. Im a huge fan of Chik fa la but I won't be back to this Location
