  Went to Charley's for lunch this past Saturday. The server working was definitely in a mood of not wanting to be at work. Ordered 2 classic Philly's and when we received them they had lettuce, tomato, and mayo on them. When I mentioned this to the employee and stated that even the menu for a classic does not show these add on's that we didn't ask for, she was rude and at first ignored our comments. Today we happened to be at another mall in a different state and saw a Charley's. I went and asked them what comes on the classic Philly and was told: meat, cheese, mushrooms, peppers, and onions which is exactly what I told the employee in ABQ who was rude and couldn't be bothered. I won't return to this location until they get new staff and make orders as they are supposed to be made. The fact that the employee argued me and what is explicitly stated on the menu shows the state of customer service in this day and age.

  My mom tried Charley's Philly cheese steak for the first time and cannot get enough the weekend staff is amazing friendly and efficient

  Great food exceptional service!! The entire team was on point. Very clean. Delicious food! Give these girls a raise!!
