  The conditions in the kitchen at Buffalo Wild Wings in Albuquerque are honestly disgusting. Employees are handling and preparing food without wearing hairnets or proper hair restraints, which is completely unsanitary and unacceptable in a food establishment. Customers should not have to worry about hair ending up in their food because basic hygiene rules are being ignored. Watching people cook without proper sanitation practices makes the entire kitchen look careless and nasty. New Mexico health and food safety regulations exist for a reason, and management needs to start enforcing them instead of allowing employees to ignore basic cleanliness standards. This issue needs to be corrected immediately before someone files formal complaints with the health department or posts these conditions publicly. Do better.

  I ordered online and let me tell you it was a nightmare. I completely understand that they were short staffed, down 1 or 2 cooks coming straight from the managers mouth herself.( She was kinda short blonde hair in a ponytail) I was near the kitchen and none of the kitchen staff were wearing hairnets and when the manager walked in the kitchen it seemed liked then they put on gloves. Coming from a cook, that's not ok, they should take priority, or stop orders for a certain amount of time. Gloves are utmost priority for any line of work especially with food! I've worked with food for over 20 years and what I saw tonight regardless of not enough staff or not, I honestly don't know if I'd return, and I don't know if I'd recommend it to anyone else either. Also one of the worst customer service experiences ever! If you don't enjoy your job, go somewhere else and let someone else who actually wants a job to work.

  Ordered take out and got back to my hotel only to have my fries missing. Called back and waited 12min. To speak to the "manager" and I explained my situation to her, how annoying it was to be missing an order item... she says "perfect we will issue you a refund" I told her no its not perfect. She yelled at me well dont ever come back here. Wow. Wondering if dine in is any better 🤔??

  Our server tonight was very very disrespectful. We had originally ordered 2 sides of queso with our food when they brought the food out there was no queso her response was so you still want 2 more sides of queso? It seemed anytime we asked for anything she had an attitude about it. We had to ask for refills napkins etc. We at least go once a week if not every 2 weeks her service was just awful tonight. The food they messed up had to send it back just was not a good experience at all plus we paid over $100 for our meal and we didn't leave a tip not happy at all!!!

  Was a regular take out customer there but after having my last order messed up and now being on hold just to place an order for 32 minutes and 41 seconds I've decided the service there isn't worth my time or anyone reading this. It's sad to see such a nice business being ruined because of poor management. I even took the time to drive there while waiting on hold to see if they were really busy for a Thursday evening. After walking in and standing at the take out line I was greeted and told I'd be helped after 3 minutes of waiting. Which then I told the employee my situation, she apologized especially after seeing i still was on hold. She said she could take my order or get her manager but it's too late for another chance they seem to be content with poor management.
