  The food was amazingly delicious! I pre-ordered on doordash for an 11am pickup, my order was for 10 people so you can take a guess on how much I spent, and they got everything perfect. Superb!

  Restaurant was dirty and dingy, all the seats had holes. Food was old and stale. Service was the worst part and we were the only ones there, during the lunch hour! That should have told us something. I felt unwell after consuming the tea and a couple bites of food. Must be a front, no way they are making it on the restaurant. Gross gross gross!

  Really nice waitress, but the wings were served lukewarm :( also very dry and tough to bite into, a lot of flavor points were lost because the texture was so distracting. I hope BWW focuses on freshness!

  Honestly this place is damn awful on so many levels. I personally work at a restaurant and have given this place so many passes. Food is decent, so I keep coming back because I prefer BBW wings over other chains but I’ve opted for to-go awhile back because the service is so terrible. It never got better, whatever. But tonight is the last extension of grace I will give. I put my order an hour before they closed. They made the food and when I went to pick it up, they had locked the door. Music blaring so loud, you can’t even hear a “hello! I’m here to pick up my food.” Banged on the glass doors, 3 employees looked over and straight up IGNORED us. Didn’t even have the decency to come out and apologize for closing early or anything. Nothing. Looked straight at us, and just ignored us. Food had been paid for already too so all they had to do was hand it over to us. We extended more grace and called, giving them the benefit of the doubt that they didn’t hear us or for whatever reason suffered from some sort of blindness and didn’t see us. THEY LET THE PHONE RING AND DID NOT PICK UP. We got zero service so we had to go spend more time and money on food somewhere else…. after working for 12 hours and not have eaten anything all day because we were slammed serving guests ourselves. No time to eat so you can imagine how much we were looking forward to getting home and resting while enjoying some wings. Worst feeling ever… but in true BBW fashion, they could care less. 1 star is too generous!

  Please please please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Bathrooms were nasty. Server was nice but completely ignored us. Service was super slow. Food was terrible, and did I mention the bathrooms were NASTY! If you want to leave feeling like you’ve been robbed and need to barf, this place is for you, otherwise avoid.
