Very disappointed and will never go back to this location. The food was not that great. The restaurant was very dirty. I ordered off the happy hour menu and was charged full price because of poor communication. Not a lot of people in the restaurant and very slow service. It was actually an awful experience, and I left feeling very angry and disappointed most of the time.

The worst place you can ever go period. I walk in and and the host is laying on the counter telling to sit wherever I want. I sit down and the next guy told me I couldn't sit therebecuase the area I sat in apparently was for vip ,reservations and employees only!!! The place was had trash everywhere and the chicken was cold with sauce. The worst. Never again!!!

Not impressed. They don't even make their own ranch. The added smoke flavor to the sliders. The onion rings and cheese sticks were fine, but those have been perfected by the restaurant industry and industry standard is exactly what you get. Even the tvs were breaking down. I'm not sure what the employees were doing, except not taking care of customers. There's the half dozen people at the desk by the entrance (none of whom seem to be responsible for seating customers). I had one person seat me, a different to take my drink order, another to bring my drink to me, the one who took my drink order came back to take my order, yet another to bring me my food. I'm going to take a guess that this store's payroll is frequently over budget. I will not be back. I'll go to wing stop, get freshly made ranch, and take it home to watch my perfectly functional TV, thank you.

The service was not good. Our server didn’t refill us until we were almost done eating. She chatted and cleaned tables slowly which delayed getting our food hot and quickly. There was only a few tables here when we got here but waited 40 minutes. The grill chicken was the smallest I’ve ever seen. The apps were slightly uncooked, burgers dried or not hot. I hadn’t been here in a while Since after Covid but the last time I was here was not good. Servers not viable had to get my own plastic utensils knowone greets you, you just have to set whatever. The service needs work.

My partner and I stopped in for a quick afternoon lunch while we were out and about, and unfortunately, it was a really bad experience. The wait wasn’t too long, which was the only positive, but everything after that went downhill. We ordered 20 wings and fries, and the food was honestly terrible. The wings tasted old and had barely any flavor. I ordered lemon pepper, but it was just a huge pile of seasoning dumped on the tray, and it ended up covering my partner’s honey BBQ wings too. It completely ruined the taste. About 15 minutes into eating, the food was already getting cold, which made it even more unappetizing. The ranch tasted sour, like it had been sitting in the fridge for days. That was the point where we were both pretty turned off from the whole meal. To make it worse, I took the leftovers home and left them out for a couple of hours. When I came back to them, they were rock solid, which just confirmed how low-quality the food was to begin with. Overall, really disappointing. Definitely not a place I’d come back to or recommend.
