  Usually bdub got my back... They failed this time. The food was so bad i thought I was eating poison. Every single bite made me want to cry. The food experience has gone so far south it got an accent. The customer service provide was not a problem. Great waitress terrible food

  Usually, Buffalo Wild Wings provides a great experience in terms of food, service, and entertainment. Unfortunately, my recent visit to this location did not meet those expectations. The wings were noticeably small, and the mozzarella sticks were undercooked and dry. We also had to change our wing seasonings three times because the restaurant had run out of multiple options. The celery served with our meal was brown and dried out on the ends, as if it had been sitting out for an extended period. Additionally, we had to switch our tequila selection for margaritas three times due to limited availability. When we raised these concerns and requested some form of compensation, only a 10% discount was applied, and neither the waitress nor a manager offered an apology before we left. Overall, my party and I were very disappointed with this visit

  ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!! A group of only 5 of us came in after my nephews baseball game (starving kid) we were sat and never acknowledged for 25 minutes, not a drop of water or anything. I asked another waiter for help and all he could say was I tried to find your server but dont know where he is. Didn't even step up to take our order, we continue to wait and after being more than frustrated at this point we walked out. We will never be back to this location which we only came in because of the bball game being close by. DO BETTER PEOPLE!

  Got here at 850p. Seated immediately. The place was obnoxiously loud, to a level that I wouldn’t be able to hear others if I hadn’t been alone. Sat about 15 minutes waiting to order. Another table was seated beside me at that time. 5 more minutes and the server came to get their order. I left. No way I could stay and relax with as loud as it was and with no drink or food I couldn’t think of any other reason not to leave.
