Great service, all waiters and waitresses are very friendly and welcoming. And always made sure I was ok. The food though wasn’t my cup of tea. Came here with some friends. Food was bland and took 25-30 min till we got our food. But maybe it was just a one time thing. I’ll try it again soon and see
Bar area sucked!
Horrible attitude, not a friendly place
Took my family for happy hour to celebrate my daughter's wedding dress that we finally narrowed down and bought. This place sucked

All in all it took 3 hours for us to eat here. That's with a reservation and no wait when we got in. Every person in our group was sick the following 2 days after eating. The fish smelled bad and all the pasta was soggy and mushy. Even the dessert was completely frozen solid and had to be defrosted at home in order to eat. The server was very snappy when I asked about gluten free options, and the lack of knowledge about which dishes were actually gluten free vs just removing the items from the order that contained gluten. This left the meal feeling as if it was missing something and I would've like to just order a dish that did not contain gluten but was a complete dish. I paid a fortune for only 1/2 of the listed items in my dish. Overall very unhappy and would not recommend.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in our experience with Bravo! Italian today. Went for an early lunch and only two other tables occupied. Server took about 5 minutes to come by and then say she'd be back in a few. Another 5 and she came to take our drink order and ask if we had questions.
We asked for a Gluten Free menu and was told there was not one, yet there was one online. Sadly, I had not taken my phone to look at it. Server said everything could be made GF except for lasagne and spaghetti and meatballs.
I ordered the Chicken Marsala and my husband ordered the Pasta Bravo and told her he was Celiac and needed the GF Pasta and was she sure there wasn't flour in the sauce. She said she'd check. We are not sure if she checked about the sauce.
There was quite a wait for our meal as there was only one person working the food line. When our dishes finally came we had to ask for salt and pepper which took a few minutes. In the meantime I realized that my Chicken Marsala did not have the garlic mashed potatoes that it said it came with. Thinking there might be a lunch portion that did not include the potatoes I decided to ask. When she came back I asked and she said "oh we're out of potatoes, so we gave you double green beans." My reply was she must be kidding, as there was only 10 - 12 green beans. She shrugged her shoulders and walked off, never offering to substitute another vegetable, bread for me, or anything. Furthermore I was charged the full $25.99 for two very small pieces of chicken breast with very unflavorful Marsala sauce and the very thin green beans. I'm not entirely sure, but I believe the mushrooms were actually canned as they were fairly rubbery. The sauce must have had flour as it tasted flour and pasty.
We asked to see the dessert menu, but we decided not order dessert for two reasons. First, the gluten-free dessert that I had seen online was not on the menu today and also, we were charged the full price for a dinner size Chicken Marsala - minus the garlic mashed potatoes. I decided I didn't want to spend any more money there.
The final straw to this fiasco meal was that my husband started feeling quite ill about an hour after eating there and believes that his meal was not gluten free. He is not so sensitive that he gets sick with slight cross-contamination. We believe that they did not substitute the pasta even though he asked the server twice just to make sure. Our receipt shows that we ordered gluten free but there's no way of knowing if it really was. If the server was simply relying that the preparer/ chef saw her notes about it needing to be gluten free and didn't actually tell him,I'm guessing that didn't happen.
We were VERY DISAPPOINTED IN OUR MEAL AND the EXPERIENCE TODAY.

“No Bravo From Me Anymore”
I used to really enjoy Bravo, but after my last visit, all I can say is bravo… to the disappointment.
My party stood at the entrance with no host in sight, and the manager literally looked right at us, then walked away without acknowledging anyone. Not even a “someone will be right with you.”
When we finally got seated, we ordered an appetizer only to be told 15 minutes later that they didn’t even have the protein to make it. At that point, it felt like the kitchen and the front of house were competing to see who could be less prepared.
For a place named Bravo, I expected applause‑worthy service. Instead, the whole experience deserved a slow clap — and not the good kind.
Our only saving grace was our server glad they had one competent person.
