    Today I was having a horrible day I decided to go to bravo to atleast get some food to make me feel better that’s when I received the best server I think he said his name was Xavier and he made me feel so much better and turned my frown upside down I really appreciate that he made me laugh all the way through hopefully I see him again

    I came here on a Wednesday afternoon and ordered the Tuscan Salmon with the Caesar Salad side from the lunch menu. The bread that came before the meal was moist and flavorful (as opposed to super crunchy and bland, as has been the case with some other Italian restaurants I have been to) along with the dip for it, and the meal and salad were delicious! Also, my server Kimberly was friendly and attentive. I would definitely come here again! :)

    My husband and I selected Bravo Italian Kitchen because of our previous visits there for dinner. We expected to have another great meal, again - and we did have a nice time and a delicious meal. It started out differently than usual, though. When we were ordering our drinks, we found that they had limited supply and we had to change up our original choices. My husband was not able to get his first choice for dinner, but was recommended another selection. Our hosts assisted us to adjust and make the experience much more than satisfactory. They showed hospitality as the term, "Hospitality Industry" suggests. Good staff in restaurants, hotels & any other service-oriented businesses would do well to follow and provide excellent service. We were provided exceptional service on this visit. We not only felt welcomed, but appreciated, as well. I am glad we were made to feel that we made the right choice. Unfortunately there are places where we have been treated poorly and in some cases, we decided not to patronize again. My husband and I will most certainly return to Bravo Italian Kitchen for dinner after the server, manager and general manager worked with us to bring what looked like it was going to be very disappointing and turned it into a positive and memorable evening. Thank you to the people who went out of their way to make us happy. We are grateful that our decision to have dinner with Bravo was a very good one. A shout-out to the kitchen staff who we were told was backed-up with orders and had to work extra hard to get the food out to customers. They are - many times - the unsung heroes with the difficult amount of effort that it takes to get the job done. This was our dinner order... Wedding Soup – Cup A classic Italian Wedding soup with orzo, meatballs, spinach & Parmesan Grilled Salmon Salad Field greens, tomatoes, grilled asparagus, crispy shoestring potatoes, feta, balsamic dressing New York Strip 14 oz. strip steak, garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables All-in-all, we are so pleased with our experience at Bravo.

    We sat outside and the weather was nice. The restaurant was pretty dead for a Friday night and we were sat immediately. Our waiter came within a few minutes for drink order and explained this was his first night and had only been there a few hours. He was nice u can tell he was a little nervous. He brought out drinks out pretty quickly and we ordered our food. Then we never seen him again. We ordered an appetizer, never came. We asked the woman who helped the only other table out on the patio if she can check on our appetizer. She brought it out about 10 minutes later saying the person who prepares the appetizers was backed up. Mind u the place was dead. We had been here about 45 minutes at this point. The appetizer… amazing! Spinach and artichoke dip. After that we still had not gotten any refills on our drinks and still no food. We had to stop the woman again to ask for refills. Finally our food came out and it was pretty meh. When we went to pay they were having issues splitting the check and everyone was just hanging around talking. Again not sure why we received no service when the place was dead. We also were not ever told what happened to our waiter but we did see him get in his car and leave. When we were leaving we realized they were dead on a Friday night and it now made sense why no one would want to come here. For reference our tab was about $100 for 2 people. One alcoholic beverage one soda 2 waters one meal 2 appetizers since one person had an app as a meal. I would recommend only for the spinach and artichoke dip but maybe get it to go.

    Took my family out for dinner. I ordered the lobster and shrimp fettuccine, not good at all. My daughter got the Fra Diavolo with chicken, so spicy that it was impossible to eat and my mom got the spaghetti and meatballs. Was cold and she said the sauce tasted as if they used just canned tomato sauce. The calamari was small for the price plus the sauces should have been in small dipping cups instead of poured over the sides of the food. Not a very good experience for what i for charged, well over a $100 and that didn't include the tip.
