Tonight the young lady working came inside from the parking lot as we arrived. There was another young man working, neither of them said one word to us. All the ice cream tubs were out of the coolers as though they were closing, however it was an hour before closing time. The young lady that helped us was not only awfully rude, but she mumbled and spoke very fast as though she was purposely speaking so we couldn’t understand her. She continuously popped her gum with an attitude the entire time. The other young man had earphones in his ears and didn’t make any eye contact with anyone even as other guests were coming in. It’s super disappointing that Baskin Robbin’s management doesn’t take the time to hire and train quality workers. I love to see young kids working to make a living for themselves, I hate to see when well reputable companies like Baskin Robbin’s could care less about their customer service and customer experience. There are much better local ice cream shops in town that WILL have quality, cheerful employees serving there ice cream. Long story short, DO NOT visit this place. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND IT LOOKS LIKE MOST OF THE REVIEWS HERE ARE SAYING THE SAME THING! DO BETTER MANAGEMENT! What a huge disappointment just for a sweet treat. Yuck!

I stood there waiting my turn when a couple walked in, and was waiting too. When she was done with the 3 people she told me she would be right with me, and asked the couple what they wanted. The couple told her that I was there first, she apologized and took my order. She was very short. You could tell she was overwhelmed.

Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.
Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family
After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
