  The employees keep the restaurant perfectly clean, they are extremely polite and well trained. The experience was exceptional. We had not been to an Arby’s in over five years after a bad dining experience at an Arby’s in Oklahoma. The Arby’s at Juan Tabo and Indian School exceeded our expectations with excellent service. They served food that was as good as I remember it from decades ago. That is a rare find in this day and age.

  I ordered a simple Arby's roast beed sandwich and they messed it up. They gave me one with cheese. I went back (because I can't eat cheese) and they gave me a sandwich without cheese for the refund until I told them I was offered a monetary refund. The manager degraded me that I ordered the wrong thing even I obviously have a dietary issue that I cant order cheese. They did issue the refund but the manger needs to learn people with dietary issues are not lying.

  This is a truly stellar Arby's location. Most of these fast food franchises have a winning formula, then individual locations fall short. Not this one! The food is consistently excellent, even at odd hours, and it looks like they're growing the menu. I'm excited to try the new offerings because the basics are great.

  There new steak nuggets are the bomb!!! And the 2 for 7 brought me back to my childhood, thanks for a great lunch!!! ☺️
