  Regular day I try my best to stay positive. But imagine you buy food in the app to the correct store location and it for it. Send your girlfriend and they say sorry the guy needs to be here. I’m not mad I drive my happy self down to get food right. Wrong I get a 10 minute wait just to get told sorry you’re not getting food or refund. Thanks Arby’s good job. Never coming back

  Excellent service by the manager Nicky. I picked up a Door Dash and Nicky helped me to feel welcome as they hustled to prep the order and helped me to pack it up.

  I don't know who the crew was today at 940-ish AM, but HOT DAMN! Service: Employee at the drive thru was so friendly and professional - actually asked me if I wanted any sauces. Online order was ready and perfectly made. Quick and easy. Food: The BEST Beef N Cheddar, curly fries, and sliders I've ever gotten here. The beef was perfectly shaved/sliced, actually a good amount of cheddar and sauce on it. The fries - ACTUALLY CURLY FRIES!! All of them curly and so fresh. The 3 for $5 sliders are great as well for such a good deal price. After working and being hungry this made me so happy. Thank you to the wonderful crew today ❤️ Normally I'd post a picture, but we didnt even think of it because it all looked so good and we just ate it. Lol

  Terrible service. They took so long that the entire line of people behind me left. They were very slow, no gloves, couldn't figure out a coupon, touching money and then food, I wasted an unbelievable amount of time to get 10$ worth of food. This will be the very last time I come to this store. What a mess, just close it already. I seriously could have driven to another one and got my food faster than waiting here.
