  Michael the “chef” In the deli department took my order for sliced meat then walked away. U waited several minutes and then somebody else came out and asked if I was being honest and I said I believe the other gentleman was tough because he doesn’t like me. He’s a chef he doesn’t cut me. He could’ve said that someone will be right with me or said I’m sorry that’s not my job but why wouldn’t it not be his job when he’s working behind the deli? Very rude and Unprofessional

  Why is it so loud in here? Are they deliberately trying to discombobulate the customers, many of whom are elderly? Is the volume control broken?

  I go to the store at 10:48, I was hustling and watching the time because they closed at 11. I grabbed 3 things quickly and went up to check out at 10:55. The manager told me the registers are closed and she counted the money. I told her that’s fine I am paying with card but she would not ring me up and I had to leave. When I asked why she couldn’t take one minute and ring me up she was smart and rude. I’m not even mad at her, but their upper management must be bad if they are letting the shift managers close the store over 5 minutes early and denying a customer service during operating hours. It’s frustrating when I hustle to get my stuff within their hours and I waste my time driving and shopping to be treated like an annoyance. Step it up Albertsons, used to love yall

  Ever since this Albertsons was sold, it has gone down hill in every category. Employee turnover, prices not matching the weekly add, REWARDS points not being given when you check out even after double checking with the cashier, Digital Deals not being credited upon check out even after clipping them, no signs for ad items, and management's response: "I'm sorry, I know, there's nothing I can do about it!" Every time I go in there there's an issue with item prices, discounts, rewards points and it's the same excuses every single time. I'm there almost every day, and if it wasn't so close (within walking distance) I would shop elsewhere. They know it's bad, they don't care, and have nothing but excuses and apologies. THIS is what is wrong with the generation and status of this world we live in today.
