  Every time I order it’s done HORRIBLE / Or I don’t get anything of what I ordered. I mentioned that to the manager who said “well if you keep having issues don’t order here” I’m sorry is she offering to pay for the cakes elsewhere that charge more? Is she offering to pick up the order when I’m walking distance and don’t have a vehicle , with a newborn and toddler?? Their communication is HORRIBLE. I’ll have the bakers repeat my order after giving it it all sounds correct the I get the order and it’s 💩. I don’t even pick up the orders to know how they look or else I wouldn’t pay for them! How did my last order when I said “two layer, two tier” for my sisters baby shower they did that but when I ordered it again she said I never asked for that then I did but not the right one🤣🤣. Be for real your department is complete trash your workers needs to fired or RETRAINED. Icing will sometimes come out like a kindergartner did it and they’ll blame the older ladies saying “she made the order but I will let her know”. Not even a refund for my issues it’s “a free pint of ice cream” when pickup is day of the party🤣🤣🤣. What bugs me is the trust I had to place another order knowing the last cake that was suppose to be 8in tall but they gave me a mini cake literally how does that feed more than 15 people ?!??? How convenient that when I call to talk to the store manager to handle the issue my “order receipts are missing”🤣🤣🤣🤣. Whole store is horrible I swear never again.

  Tina is the real reason I'm leaving five stars she is always so efficiently helpful for everyone and so kind as well. Also, I always prefer coming here over Smiths just better quality and selection. Thanks Tina!

  When the store managers think someone is stealing something they will start yelling stuff over the intercom like “officer Dan, scan isle 8” not only is that super obvious but you’re putting all your employees lives and customers lives at risk by doing that because who knows what the “shoplifter” could do
