Really fast service, spoke with Maya and she was very helpful when explaining the menu to me since it was my first time here, my drink was also delicious, I got the blondie with caramel drizzle and cold foam!

Amazing service, I had no idea what I wanted to order but the workers were very helpful and patient. Kayley and Yusur, I think, were extremely sweet and brought my drink out to me and even made sure I tried it and liked it before I drive off. I was nervous about the line taking too long, but it moved way faster than i anticipated, 10/10 I will most definitely be back

This was my first time at seven brew and will most definitely be my last. Upon driving up there is no clear menu to read from. I just ordered something a friend of mine had told me about. The lady who took my order seemed annoyed and when I drove up to receive my drink, the lady handed me the drink without saying a single word to me and made absolutely no eye contact. Absolutely terrible customer service. You are better off spending your money at a local coffee shop with people who will actually acknowledge you.

We pulled up at 9:25, no other customers in either lane. At least 4 employees in there moving about doing things. Nobody paying attention to the outside. We waited for close to 10 minutes and in the middle of the waiting, one of the employees looked at us outside and went back to doing whatever they were doing inside. Too many coffee locations in this area to be ignored.

I had went to 7 brew it was a little busier than usual. when one of the employees by the name jaidyn started being incredibly rude and began to get into a verbal altercation with me and my sister. she began telling us various slurs and when we simply told her we just wanted to order our drinks she told us she would be denying us service and began yelling at us to leave. we told her that we couldn’t drive out as we were stuck between cars she then said that wasn’t her problem and continued to yell that we needed to leave. overall this was an incredible lack of oversight and customer service by the managers as well as the staff i’m very disappointed and will be reporting to corporate
