  I usually have good experiences here. However, my last visit was very disappointing. I witnessed one employee publicly and rudely speak to another employee, then come back and do it again over something that wasn’t even her fault—the iPad had died in the middle of our order. When I politely suggested that she could be kinder and avoid correcting employees in front of customers, she immediately became defensive, started screaming in my face, and told me never to come back. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it and instead told me to write a review about my experience. She appeared to be a shift lead or manager, which made the situation even more concerning. Someone in a leadership position should know how to treat both employees and customers with respect and handle situations professionally.

  I have never left a negative review in my life, and considering the positive experiences others have shared on this business, I’m hoping mine was just an off day. The employee who took my order wasn’t very friendly (way different than my typical 7 Brew experiences), but that wasn’t my main concern. After I had already driven away, I took a sip of my coffee, which I had ordered with oat milk. It tasted like there was barely any coffee in it, and it definitely contained dairy instead of oat milk. Just tasted like sweet milk. I'm glad I noticed before drinking the whole thing. I hate wasting things, but I ended up throwing it away and going to a different coffee shop instead. I would encourage the staff to pay a little more attention to orders. I don’t expect everyone to be enthusiastic at work every day, and I know we all make mistakes, but my main issue was the overall lack of care.

  First time we went to get a gift card for our son in-law, he said this was his new favorite place. We ordered a drink to try it out. The girl was awesome helpful friendly. I decided this was going to be our new place as well, normally we go to Starbucks. The second time we went, the girl was so rude, I decided everyone has a bad day. As we continue to go, most of the girls are rude! I went this am, a young man took my order, friendly and happy. A girl brought my drink out with a long frowny face. Mumbling what I ordered with an attitude! I’m trying to get in a good mood having my coffee, with this type of attitude after paying for a drink as well as giving a good tip, Is ridiculous! Maybe it’s time to go back to Starbucks.

  Terrible customer service. We went to get drinks today and who I can only assume was the manager was very rude and hostile towards us when we were looking at the menu. When we were ordering the girl taking our order was also very rude and was rushing us. When we finally got our drinks my wifes drink was wrong again, we told them and the girl that took our order was laughing and rolling her eyes. Management is terrible and customer is even worse, really need to look into who they hire and who they make managers. Terrible location.

  my drink was wrong again. we were stopped and got so much attitude from one of the workers when we were no doing anything wrong. when we got up there to order the girl taking the order also had so much attitude and when i let them know my drink wasn’t right the one who took the order was standing in the back then rolled her eyes like i got the order wrong. the management should really look at who they hire to work for them or they will lose business.
