  Multiple times ive gone through and they always forget something. One time it was just sauces but another time it our fries so I pressed the call button and asked for them they said they'd be right out. Waited over 10 minutes and when I pushed the button to ask about them again they said they forgot! Then had to wait another 5 minutes. And of course they never give me my receipt either!

  We visit this location frequently and the visit tonight was atrocious. I ordered ahead and got there when my order should have been ready and checked into a stall. After half an hour, I called and spoke with a young girl on the phone and she said it would be out soon, but they only had 1 car hop working. I could see her when she answered the phone, and when she hung up, she laughed. I never saw a car hop in the entire 30 minutes I had already been waiting. After another 15 minutes, I went around to the drive thru. By the time I made it to the window, I had been waiting an hour for my food. The food had clearly just been sitting. The tots and burgers were cold, most of the ice in the drinks were melted, and then the worker had to go make the 2 sundaes. The woman working the drive thru was apologetic and I know it was not her fault, as I saw her get there while I was waiting. My husband called and asked to speak to a manager and was given the excuse that it happened during shift change, they're sorry, and that was basically it. This visit really left a bad taste for this location.

  I have contacted the main number, now waiting on a major response from the main office, I look forward to see how they teach their ACTING MANAGEMENT to treat customers after hours in the ER in a different town...., he's lucky I dont sign the paycheck. And NO I didnt have to stop there for food or a beverage. But I didnt stop there for a sour attitude either. Acting Manager on a Sunday early AM? How about scrapping gum off the seats and taking oil off the driveway for a paycheck? I await a call from corporate, you dont pay me to go eat at 3am, I stopped there after an ER VISIT....Think about that next time you tell a customer to write down a phone number to corporate with a dead cell phone and stylus pen.
