  Placed an online order and arrived shortly after. I was immediately greeted upon arrival and told my pizza was going into the oven. Great timing and friendly service.

  This place sucks to deliver for. Half the time I leave empty handed after getting ignored for 20 minutes cause theyre mad they're at work

  It smells terrible in there and the employees are extremely rude. Not to mention the terrible overpriced pizza. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I see why they have little to no business. I’m surprised they’re still even open.

  We walked into the store and none of the employees greeted us or even explained how to place an order. We noticed a QR code on the counter and ended up ordering by ourselves. We waited in the store for around 40 minutes, which felt way too long for a simple Hawaiian pizza. What was even more frustrating is that our pizza had apparently been sitting in the pickup area ready for delivery, but an employee only approached us about 10 minutes later, after the pizza was already getting cold — even though my husband and I had been there the entire time waiting.

  The reason why I wrote this review… I received an email regarding $10 in papa dough expiring on 5/03/2026. I decided to let it expire and turned down free food because I know better than to set myself up for disappointment again. The last two times I ordered from Papa Johns the pizza dough was tasteless, the bone out chicken had more breading than chicken and they used Door Dash for delivery. Door Dash didn’t ring the doorbell and hand me my food as instructed and didn’t even notify when they dropped off the food and let it sit outside for half an hour to get cold. Why would I pay for substandard food and substandard delivery service again when they already proved they can’t get it right the first time…or second time? There is no third with me. I stopped ordering out nine months ago and have no intentions of ordering out from anywhere again. In conclusion, I gave two stars because I ate some of the food and management was understanding and did what they could do to make it right.
