- MMMirna McCordApr 18, 20262.0Stopped by on our way to white sands on 4.18 and the line was super long. Waited for over 20 min, not a big deal, we were willing to wait. Something was wrong with the iPads and orders were only taken at window. When we made it to window, they made one of the drinks with the wrong flavor soft top. We asked them to fix it and that’s when the whole situation turned unpleasant. I was asked if the person repeated my drink order and I confirmed she did, then I was asked the same question again and I confirmed a 2nd time. While they were re-making the drink I told them they were welcome to pour some out and just add the right flavor soft top but a lady staff member mentioned they had to re-make it. As they continued to re-make it, the same lady found it necessary to tell us that it’s very important that we listen to what they say when they repeat the order, asking us to do that when we go back- I stopped her and told her we aren’t local, that we listened for the repeat order, and that if it was a big deal, just give me the drink they made incorrectly. She said ok and minutes later handed me the drink as I originally ordered it. Not sure what was up but this is the first Dutch where I’ve ever had poor service.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
