    Came in to watch the world cup. I was sat on a 4 top alone. I ordered a simple boneless chicken and fries from Emily, a server who looked overwhelmed by the game and needed support staff. After ordering Ambergroania, the manager came up to me with paperwork for me to read starting I needed to confirm my order for their allergy policy, I looked through the papers and circled my chicken and my fries and confirmed they were prepared with Tallow. I further Entertained her by walking to a table and looking at the back of a ketchup bottle to see that corn syrup was listed. Then I sat and stated "I'll have it with no sauce thank you." I went through the paper with her again as she was staying I wouldn't confirm my allergies. I was patient and smiled calmly, I showed her I circled my order and confirmed it was made with Tallow. ( My allergnes of canola oil and corn syrup were not ordered.) She told me to leave, that I was being erratic, Ambergroania insisted on having a problem. I thought it was silly and watched the game. Cheered with my table of friends to my left. . I asked for the manager because she was so aggressive. Ambergroania told me was the manager ...Then back tracked and told me to calm down. --I looked at the screen as Spain got a penalty kick--Gooooaaal The world cup was on and I was watching the game. Smiling, she was still going on about packing my food to go. I told her I came to watch the final game. I smiled again and cheered along with the entire room. My food arrived. Ambergroania delivered the order and asked if there was a problem. I said no problem and smiled. Emily came back. I asked for honey, she told me there was none, I asked for the managers name and hers. I told her everything was fine and asked that she take my back the lime Bubbly I hadn't opened as I had asked for sparkling water. The manager came back. I said there was no issue and to please stop. Then I continued to eat and watch the game. --CHAT-SHE CALLED THE POLICE-- I WAS ESCORTED OUT. I explained to the police that I just lost my medical alert dog of 13 years who crossed the rainbow bridge last month in my arms. The allergies were really important to me and I really wish that they had made such a big deal out of it. But I was just watching the game and I wanted to be helped and then just left to have a peaceful meal. The manager was awful. Insinuated so many problems that weren't real. As a female dining alone, literally just trying to watch the world cup. I was aghast. I got in my car and drove away after they checked my ID. What the h... Don't go here. Not handicap friendly. Terrible service. Unprofessional management. --The police were baffled. BAFFLED The chicken was dry and fried over cooked there's only one local IPA, otherwise it's just a giant corporate mess

    The manager at this establishment is very happy to start an argument over a small mistake that would take 10 minutes to fix. They were very unprofessional and spoke in a very rude manner because I requested a remake on an order they handed to the wrong customer. Also their parking lot has a massive hole by the exit side so if you're in a car smaller than an suv you have to drive to the side across another area unless you feel like having a messed up bumper.

    I stopped at this Buffalo Wild Wings while on a road trip through,New Mexico, and it was the perfect convenient stop. The service was incredibly quick, which allowed me to get in, eat a nice meal, use the restroom, and get back on the road without any delay. Even though it's a wings place, I really appreciated that I could have a comfortable sit-down meal in a soorts bar atmosphere without feeling overwhelmed by a chaotic bar atmosphere. Highly recommend for travelers!

    Party of 3, food came out at different times, ordered appetizer, never came. Paid extra for wedge fries, what a joke, fewer of them and about size of a quarter.server made no apology for all the screw ups,told us it was the way we ordered it? Wanted to argue instead of fixing things or offering a Mgr., not busy, it was early afternoon
