  My experience was disappointing. We waited about five minutes while the shift manager, Stephen, and another employee finished a conversation about Harleys before taking our order. As a customer, it was frustrating to feel like their personal conversation took priority over serving those waiting. After spending $22 on a steak sandwich meal, we were called to the counter only to find that Stephen had forgotten to make the shake that was part of the order. Mistakes happen, but combined with the lack of attention at the beginning, it left a poor impression. The one bright spot was the Orange Dream Shake—it was absolutely amazing and the best part of the visit!

  Whenever on the road it's a good option for fast food. However I would not recommend their new "cheesesteak" sandwich. Coming from the east coast, I can say it's nothing remotely like one.

  We got three meals here a few days ago. My son got very sick eating the ham and cheese sandwich. He gave some ham to the dog and the dog got sick too. We have contacted your customer support as well as department of health

  This place was very nice. I love Arbys but usually they mess up on my food. This place was quick and precise with my order. Thanks for getting it right on the first time.
