  If you could give this place 0 stars I would. The manager Armani is extremely condescending, even when they make the mistake. Situated right out the military base they can't even figure out that the address they are delivering to is on the base and give the order to a dasher that doesn't have access to the base and blames the customer. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering as you can tell they literally are trash and make trashy food. Refused to give a refund for a pizza. Recommend you never order from there and definitely will disputing the charges

  We submitted our first ever order for papa John’s for pickup and clicked the pay cash on pickup. Tell me how they cancelled the order on us and when we called to see what was wrong, we were told we were “looking for free food” because we chose pay cash on pickup? I have never heard that before!! If you’re giving people food and letting them leave without getting their money, that’s on you. But don’t project your obvious past issues onto new customers. I can see why this location has bad reviews lol

  I've ordered from this Papa John's twice through doordash because I'm a half a mile out of the delivery range. Both times I paid for extra sauce cups and didn't even get the ones that normally come with my pizza. Both times they didn't put all my toppings on my pizzas. My cheesy bread looks like a third grader made it. Overall not impressed. These places are supposed to be a beacon for familiarity and consistency. This place is not that if you order from doordash anyway. I usually try and wait until I order from somewhere a couple times to be sure before I give a bad review. But I've had nothing but problems the two times I ordered from here.

  I placed an online delivery order on 5/6/2026 at 6:57pm, and the order was supposed to be ready between 7:41pm and 7:51pm. Since the tracking of the order showed no progress, at around 7:30pm, I called the restaurant and followed the prompts to talk to the manager of the place. She picked up, and after I inquired about my order, she started complaining about how she's alone, about how she has to do everything, and that she'll get to my order eventually. No apologies for the delay, nothing. I made no further comments at the time, and hoped that she will get to my order, as promised. Twenty minutes later, when still no progress was evident, I called again, I told her the delay is unacceptable, and asked to cancel the order. She said OK, and hung up on me. This attitude from a supposed manager is highly unacceptable. Not sure how people with these kind of manners are hired for customer facing positions.

  The staff is extremely rude I asked a question and they just walked away not okay give me a second please hold on so I can find out nothing and then they're standing in the back pointing and giggling they had a family in there waiting for their food for 45 minutes which is crazy I will never go to this location again due to the unfriendliness of the staff the careless attitudes and the high school drama atmosphere
