When I asked for napkins it took another 5 min to get those which she proceeded to close the window after I asked. The line was ridiculous. Nice guy inside screaming hes gotta leave in ten minutes!! But I didn't get things any faster. Normally they get my order wrong during the week because the guy during the week doesnt speak a word of English. What a shi* show this place is.

- JJJDSep 13, 20261.0This is the slowest Dunkin ever. The line was out the parking lot in the street blocking traffic so my husband went in to pick up the mobile order. No one was there to help my husband waited over 10 minutes and then got someone’s attention and they said you can cancel the order if you don’t want to wait through the app. There’s no easy way to do that (customer service phone number is not open today) so I called the store to try to cancel and Cerah said “come in and we’ll work something out” when I explained and I told her he was just there and she hung up on me. Then I called back and she said well there’s nothing I can do call the manager tomorrow. How can you not refund an order we didn’t receive? The worst part is she was so rude. We are nice people that have worked in the service industry and treat others with respect and I received the snippiest response at any Dunkin establishment. How this place is still open and how there’s not a manager on a Sunday is a whole other question.
