    This is the absolute worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Went to the drive thru at 9 am and not many people were in line. I waited for someone to take my order for over 5 minutes, with no one in line now ahead of me (no car at the pick window). I said “hello is anyone there” multiple times with no answer, so I drove up to the window to see if I could order or what the problem was. There were at least 6 girls standing around and when no one even came to the window while I was there, I asked if anyone was going to come take my order. I was still being ignored!! A worker finally came to the window and asked what I had ordered, I told her nothing and my order wasn’t being taken at the order spot. She so rudely asked me to pull back around as she could not take my order and now the people behind me were waiting?? I was mind blown, so rude and kept repeating it louder and louder as I was just trying to say what happened and all I wanted was a coffee. Do not go here, the lack of management for these women who work there is crazy. They need to find a new job not in food/restaurant business lol

    The staff if very rude and said they have no manager. They gave me a wrong order, when I went back to exchange it, they were extremely rude. I will be contacting corporate.

    This was one of the worst experiences I've had. I placed a mobile order, yet when I arrived it wasn't even ready. To make matters worse, my order was inaccurate. Instead of simply canceling the unavailable items or asking what I wantedI place of. The staff tried to substitute food without my approval. They were out of muffins at 7am and attempted to replace one with donut Not the Same item or amount paid. They also shorted me a donut that I paid for. The customer service was just as disappointing. While I was at the drive-thru window, I could clearly hear an employee talking about me in the drive thru window, which was incredibly unprofessional. If employees are comfortable speaking about customers within earshot, it says a lot about the level of respect and professionalism at this location. Mobile ordering is supposed to make the experience easier and more convenient, but this location failed on every level--slow service, inaccurate orders, unauthorized substitutions, missing items, and unprofessional staff. I won't be returning until significant improvements are made.

    used to be best local dunkin always quick, never a rock hard bagel, and never missed anything. but now new hires or something has changed. the last few visits, items have been missing or coffees have barely any mocha syrup(i pay for extra on the app), frozen chocolate tastes just like cream no chocolate. this visit today my order was missing 2 hashbrowns, my frozen chocolate was white, and as i was removing items from the bag a fly came buzzing out from under the third item i removed. disgusting. i don’t like to complain and risk spit in my food so instead i just won’t be returning to this dunkin and suggest others travel to the one at pole tavern instead. don’t waste your money here.

    Understaffed. They got the order wrong. Nobody working the counter. Trash overflowing the cans. The 2 women women working there were not enough to handle the business. Just one more person working that busy shift would make a huge difference.
