  I am extremely disappointed and upset with the experience I had during my recent visit to this Dunkin. What makes it more frustrating is that I have been to this specific location multiple times before and usually had good experiences, which is why this interaction stood out so negatively. I ordered two drinks: an Oreo Coffee Chiller and an Oreo Coolatta. I clearly stated my order multiple times, paid for my drinks, and waited while they were made. When the employee handed me my order, I immediately noticed he gave me the wrong second drink. Instead of the Oreo Coolatta I ordered, he gave me an Oreo Cloud Latte. I calmly tried to correct the mistake and explained that the Oreo Coolatta is the frozen non-coffee drink. Instead of listening or trying to fix the issue, the employee became rude, argumentative, and repeatedly insisted that I was wrong. I explained that I have ordered the Oreo Coolatta before from multiple Dunkin locations, including this one, so I know exactly what I asked for. Rather than taking accountability for making the wrong drink, he continued arguing and even claimed that every other Dunkin was making it incorrectly. What upset me most was not even the mistake itself, but the disrespectful attitude and refusal to admit fault. As a paying customer, I should not have been talked down to or made to feel stupid for knowing what I ordered. I ended up walking out frustrated and uncomfortable because the situation was handled so poorly. Customer service, professionalism, and respect were completely lacking during this interaction.

  Around 2pm, March 31st 2026, Most one of the employee are kinda rude, while im asking for mocha frozen drinks, and starting being rude actions, for not understanding, understanding, he doesn't speak proper English as well, I asked him for vanilla mocha shake, until i didn't get it, for what hes trying to sayuntil get over it, while trying to tell him its a frozen drink? And frozen coffee drink, he doesn't know what im telling so I grab the donut and leave, most of the employees service, only him, after this got me the wrong drinks, I said its i wanted a frozen coffee, not a ice coffee mocha, so he got pissed over that and this, after 5 people waiting in line until whilr i didnt understand what hes trying to explain?, until he was rude and unacceptable, i didn't understand his English proper alot, So yeah i am Never coming back or return the store again, in the area

  Dear Management, I am writing to report a serious hygiene violation I witnessed at your establishment this morning. While purchasing a coffee and two donuts, I observed a younger male staff member standing near the dishwashing sink openly cough and deliberately spit a large amount of saliva directly in that area. This behavior is completely unacceptable and constitutes a direct risk of infection to both customers and staff. Such actions clearly violate basic hygiene and food safety standards. Immediate attention and corrective measures are required. I strongly urge you to: 1. Review and enforce hygiene protocols with all staff. 2. Provide urgent training to ensure proper food handling and sanitation. 3. Monitor staff behavior to prevent any similar incidents in the future.
