  Every time I come to this McDonalds I always have an issue. The service seems to be pick and choose who to help. Tried going through the drive thru, and was never helped while 4 cars went in and out in the other lane. Then tried going a curb pick up and it took almost 15 minutes to even get our food. Note no special order. 2 kids meals and a simple 10 piece nugget meal. I will stop even considering this McDonalds.

  THEY LOST MY BUSINESS. They wouldn't give me correct change because of penny shortage but rounded down instead of up. They are a billion dollar corporation. When I asked for my correct change one of the ladies was super rude to me. It's a shame because I give a lot of money to Ronald McDonald House as well.

  We waited 20 minutes from receipt time to get a single happy meal and ended up just leaving without one. We weren’t the only ones.

  My wife and I both ordered separately on our mobile phones. Two people 2 different orders. When we went pick up our orders they only allowed us to pick up one then made us go all the way around the drive-through again to get the other order and they were rude and ignorant as anything! The absolute worst Customer Service ever and he seemed to really enjoy making me drive back around twice. Absolutely atrocious would employees get away with these days. If anyone who ever worked for me treated one of my customers like that they would be fired immediately. This is disgusting and I suspect some type of hate here. Never again. Oh, and by the way, there was no one else in the drive-through at all but us.

  I should have read the other comments before coming here, the managers dont give one care how their employees act. I didnt get the girls name but she dropped off my order at the table, never said he, how are you can I get you anything else. Of course the eggs were so bland zero salt or pepper, nor any out anywhere to grab. Went to the counter and of course not a single person came up to see if I needed anything. Kiosk machines are making this generation learn to hide from anyone in front of them. If I were the manager I would fire the girl working today!
