I asked if they were open, and she said yes, but then, with an attitude, told me she wasn’t ready—even though it was well past opening time. I ended up leaving. I decided to give her another chance. The second time was when my kids and I were ordering. She rushed us even though there was no one else in line and insisted that we tell her all the bread choices upfront. When we decided to order another sub, I explained that we don’t come to Subway often and weren’t familiar with the bread options. Despite that, she responded rudely, saying, “Didn’t I say to tell me all the bread you wanted?” Subway really needs to retrain their employees on how to treat customers. Basic courtesy—like a simple hello, having patience and a friendly attitude—goes a long way. Unfortunately, the service was consistently unprofessional and unwelcoming.Never again.
