  I had such a great experience at Panera Bread! The food was fresh, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was amazing. A special shoutout to Olivia for her fantastic customer service — she was so kind, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. It’s always nice to be greeted with such positivity and care. Thank you, Olivia, for going above and beyond!

  Placed an online order for two Santa Fe Salas from the app and they forgot to add Chipotle Ailoi dressing which was clearly requested as shown in receipt. I call them and ask them to send the missing Chipotle Aioli dressings and they say I have to drive to the store. The thing is I dont have car thats the reason I order for delivery to home. Worst service ever no wonder why people try to avoid this food chain.

  The worst experience I've ever had, I went to that branch to pick up my order and I waited for more than 12 minutes then I asked the associate and she told me I gotta wait 10 more minutes then she called the rudest manager ever she yelled and tried to kick me out of the store because I asked her to help her associates. The corporate should change this rude manager.
