- AMashley martinez1 day ago1.0Placed a mobile order and when I got here they said they don’t have lattes. I had to ask what she meant, the machine is down. She said they don’t do refunds. So no product and no refund? That’s a scam.
- JJJanetSep 26, 20263.09/26/26 Placed a Mobile order for pick up inside the store for the $6 meal deal. It was around 5:54 PM on a Saturday. Only one customer in the store ahead of me was a young lady. I gave some time for the order to be prepared and I arrived at the store at approximately 5:57 and I went inside. I saw an employee who I assume prepared the medium decaf coffee ,hesitate slightly when she saw me come inside the Dunkin store. She was placing the coffee on the Mobile pick up shelf. I walked over and checked the name, and I decided to wait for the remainder of the order which I thought she was fixing. An additional customer came in and placed an order and left and the young lady that was already there got her order and sat down to eat. meanwhile ,a different employee came out as the other girl that was preparing the coffee had disappeared. She asked “may I help you“ I said “ I’m waiting for the remainder of the order that I placed. “She looked and she informed me that “she did not finish the order“ so she prepared the order for me instead. The young lady who decided to prepare the order for me, went into the back, and maybe she asked the other employee why she did not finish the order, and I just heard an uproar of screaming and yelling as if she was upset about something. I don’t know if my presence in the store bothered her or that she just was refusing once she saw who the order was for to prepare the meal for me. By the way, I did place a mobile order and exclusively asked for toasted sourdough bread oand I am eating my sandwich on plain sourdough that has not been toasted🤦🏽♀️ I did not get my order until 6:15 PM Ish. Not sure if the coffee is fresh. Taste like flavored creamer only.
