  The service was great very quick I could not belive the donuts were stale at 830 in the morning but the coffee wasn't bad. This store is very convenient and very clean which made up for the slightly stale donuts.

  Overall not terrible coffee/ service but I’m really here to leave a review on the parking lot they renovated. Who ever designed it should be fired. It’s the worst set and completely inefficient.

  Ever since I started working near their I been going here. Since day one I realized the different tone being used with each person.(Caucasian and African American ) And which type of customer service theyd like to give towards us. Being that I asked of them to put paper down on the table because I realized how unsanitary it was for them to put everyone's food pork or not on the same table without wiping it down.the attitude has gotten worst. Now I have to find another Dunkin in route because I don't like the energy every morning .

  This is the second time I have visited this location and experienced poor customer service. I felt rushed while placing my order, despite informing the staff that I was not yet ready. I was the only customer at the time of placing my order. When my order was prepared (an iced matcha latte and a sourdough bacon sandwich), the matcha was not properly blended, with powder settling at the bottom of the cup. In addition, the other employee who prepared my sandwich, repeatedly shook my bag immediately after completing it, and then tossed it onto the counter. Overall, the service was discourteous and unprofessional. I do not plan to return to this location.
